This gorgeous home is minutes from the beach and located in the exquisite community of Prominence. It is a fully furnished open concept unit, well suited for large and small families. Explore 30A on the 6-seater golf cart, take the 4 bikes on a ride to the beach, relax at the resort style pool, or enjoy drinks, food, and fun at The Big Chill. Good Vibrations 30A is your beach vacation destination that has it all!

- Good Vibrations 30A sleeps 10 people, has 2 king size beds, a bunk will 2 fulls and a single trundle, and a full sleeper downstairs.

- There is a 6-seater golf cart and 4 adult bikes that are provided as a courtesy to all guests along with beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon, cooler, umbrella, beach towels, and other fun stuff! Additional bikes can be ordered through Fun Pug with a 10% discount code will be given to you once request.

Note: you must be at least 25 years of age and sign a liability waiver/agreement associated with both the golf cart and bicycles, both must be signed by all authorized drivers of the golf cart, and users or parents/guardians of the bicycles.

- This amazing home is ideal for both large and small families. The open concept provides lots of space to gather, prepare meals, and enjoy each other's company. The living room features a large smart TV, a full-size sleeper, and lots of seating.

- The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family or group. It has all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a five-burner gas stove. The kitchen island and the 5 stools are perfect for getting everyone together for breakfast or at the end of the day sharing beach stories. The only thing you will need to do is buy groceries or have them delivered from the nearby Publix.

- The living room and dining room open up to a deck where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day. Behind the property is a large backyard community green space, perfect for the kids to run, play, or throw a ball around. The deck is also on the north side of the property so there's plenty of shade on those hot summer afternoons.

-The master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, en suite double vanity, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, smart TV, and plenty of closet/drawer space. The third bedroom also has a smart TV, has a full over full bunk beds plus a twin trundle that pulls out from underneath the bunk beds.

- There is a key-less entry smart lock on the front door and a key-less entry keypad on for the garage door. For security purposes, and for communicated with our guests, there is a doorbell camera at the front door. Additionally, there is security camera located on the back wall of the garage with view of the garage and street. This camera is used to monitor garage functionality and as a theft deterrent of high value items such as the golf cart and bicycles. Cameras have NO view of the interior of the home.

- The Prominence community has an awesome 5000 sq/ft resort style pool that is kid friendly! Additionally, there are lounging cabanas, outdoor facilities with gas grills, eating areas, and a fitness center. This pool is heated in October, November, March, and April. The second pool is south of 30A and is also accessible with the same pool code.

- At the center of Prominence, a short walk away, is the Big Chill (formerly the Hub), one of the hot spots on 30A! There's shopping, restaurants, bars, a wine room, food trucks, coffee shop, big screen for family movies/sports, and a stage for DJ parties and live music.

- Take the bikes on the bike path that runs along hwy 30A and visit the nearby communities of Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach which offer even more fine dining and shopping. You can also load up the family and explore even more of 30A with the golf cart that is sure to enhance your experience!

West of Prominence – Good Vibrations 30A - TEMPORARY 30A ROAD CONSTRUCTION: Starting on October 23, 2023, East County Road 30A - after Deer Lake entrance, will be temporarily closed (including golf carts, bikes, foot traffic) to facilitate construction of a new bridge. Estimated finish date is Spring of 2024.

Deer Lake State Park Beach Access – 1 mile | 3 min drive
OPEN, bridge construction starts after Deer Lake entrance
• Park entry fee - $3 per vehicle or $2 per pedestrians/bicyclists
• 40+ parking spaces, six golf cart parking spaces, two oversized vehicle spaces and
a bike rack for visitors.
• Two picnic shelters with grills and restroom facilities available
• There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach
• IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access,
alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not provided here.

To travel WEST toward Seagrove, etc., go EAST on 30A toward Alys Beach. Turn LEFT at the light at S. Watersound Parkway. At stoplight at US Hwy 98, turn LEFT. Travel EAST on 98 then turn LEFT on S COUNTY HWY 395. When 395 dead ends at Hwy 30A, turn RIGHT towards Seaside / Grayton or LEFT towards Seagrove beach. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
