This gorgeous 3BR villa is located in the rolling foothills of mount Parnitha, surrounded by lush woodland. It is large and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms, comfortable living quarters and plenty of outdoor spaces. The house is well furnished and fully equipped, with a large, well kept garden, swimming pool and terrace for outdoor relaxation. A true refuge for those who value peace and quiet and outstanding views of the surrounding landscape.

The villa sits on a large, 7000m2 piece of private land, on an east facing slope offering views as far as the distant mount Dyrfis in Evia. It has a private gated entrance and a well-tended garden full of shady trees and shrubs. It should be noted that it is very private and quiet, despite being easily accessible from the city. There is a large outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a terraced sunbathing area, while to the side of the house is a tree-lined al-fresco dining area with space for large groups to enjoy a meal. The house itself is arranged on 2 floors. The ground floor comprises large, split level living room with grand fireplace and a sofa bed, overlooking the garden and swimming pool, a dining area/breakfast nook, large marble clad bathroom with tub and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining area. The first floor contains the 3 bedrooms, each with private balcony, air conditioning and TV. There is also the second bathroom, clad in marble and with a bathtub. Throughout the house are large windows that afford great views of the surroundings natural landscape.

Guests have sole and private access to all areas of the property, except for the basement area which is locked.

Welcome shampoo and conditioner is provided. The guests have to provide their own for long stays.

Nearby are some beautiful beaches, such as Tragonisi and Kokkinomylos, which are popular with tourists and locals alike. Nearby activities include a kids adventure park, paintball and shooting range. The wider area is also home to several historical sites, including the Temple of Amphiaraos and the ancient city of Eretria. Milesi is surrounded by lush green hills and offers stunning views of the Euboean gulf and peninsula. Visitors can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, as well as exploring the nearby mountains and forests.

Milesi in Eastern Attika has good transport links. The Athens International Airport is about a 40-minute drive away. Nearby towns such as Oropos and Skala Oropou are easily accessible by car or bus. The port of Rafina, where ferries depart to the Cyclades, is around a 25-minute drive away. Buses run regularly to Athens from Oropos, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, transport options are reliable and convenient for visitors to Milesi.
