Lower deck features more seating and an OUTDOOR KITCHEN!
Parking for 4 cars.
We provide coffee, creamer & sweetener and toiletries! We also provide white serving platters and bowls for your use whether at the home or while tailgating in the grove. Grove chairs, a wagon, and a rolling cooler will be provided upon request. If there is anything else you need just let us know and we'll have it waiting for you when you arrive.
The Eakes House on South 8th is a quiet charming home perfect for entertaining. The best part is that the Square and Ole Miss Campus are just a short walk from your front door. The drive way and parking pad accommodate 4 cars. So park your car for the weekend and never worry about traffic or shuttles during your stay.
Whether you are visiting Oxford for a game weekend, a special event, campus activities or any other reason this home is the one you will want to share with friends and family. Beautifully appointed with luxury furnishings. Large open living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor areas! Plenty of room for large groups and fur babies.
During your stay, we offer a full array of concierge services including grocery, wine, and floral deliveries, catering, scheduling limousine services, tailgating set up, etc. Just let us know what you need and we'll handle it. Our goal is to make your stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.
The home features 2 master suites with King beds and in-suite full bathrooms. There are a total of 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom includes a Queen bed; the 4th bedroom includes 2 twin beds. There is a 1/2 bath centrally located on the 1st floor.
***NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS FOR EVENT AND GAME BOOKINGS! This overrides any and all other cancellation policies regardless of booking system used. Event and game bookings includes (but is not limited to) any and all Oxford events/concerts/festivals as well as any and all campus related events such as move-in, move-out, graduations, sports events, etc. By booking your stay you acknowledge this cancellation policy.

PET POLICY:
We love fur babies and welcome pets; however, pets MUST be approved! If you plan to bring a pet, please send an inquiry prior to booking your reservation. Let us know about your fur baby (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable $300 fee per pet per stay. This fee will be added to your pre-approval and sent to you for booking. We love animals and we want you to bring your fur babies; however, there are additional cleaning standards and charges from our cleaners for cleaning once there has a been a pet so it is imperative that we are aware that pets are coming and collect the pet fee. If you do not make us aware that you are bringing a pet, do not receive approval, and do not pay the pet fee, upon your arrival with pets you may be asked to leave with no refund issued or you may be asked to pay a $500 non-refundable pet fee. If you do not pay it, you will be asked to leave and will not be refunded for your stay.

Recommendations and Assistance: If you need recommendations for local attractions, dining options, or any other information about the area, please don't hesitate to ask. We are familiar with the surroundings and can provide guidance to enhance your experience.
We aim to strike a balance between respecting your privacy and ensuring you have a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Our goal is to make your experience enjoyable and memorable. If you have any specific preferences or requirements regarding our interaction, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Guest are encouraged to reach out with questions or if they have any issues/concerns as soon as possible so we may address any issues/concerns right away and the guest can get back to enjoying their stay.
We will never show up at the property unannounced and will likely never show up at the property unless the guest has communicated an issue.
