Der private Balkon am Golf öffnet sich zum Hauptschlafzimmer und zum Wohnzimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Strand. Dies ist eine schöne Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die sich auf Okaloosa Island befindet, der Sperrinsel, die Fort Walton Beach und Destin trennt. Es ist das beste Urlaubsziel für Familien, Golfer, Einkäufer oder Angler. Es sind keine Hochhäuser in Sicht, da auf Okaloosa Island nichts über 7 Stockwerke erlaubt ist. Da dieses Gebäude nur 68 Wohneinheiten hat und reichlich Wasserfläche bietet, sind die weißen Strände und das blaugrüne Golfwasser nie überfüllt, was es einfach zum Paradies macht! Viele Leute sagen, dass dies die schönsten Strände sind, die sie je gesehen haben. Fernsehen, Umfragen und Zeitschriften bewerten die Smaragdküste aufgrund ihres wunderschönen Wassers und des schneeweißen Sandes unter den Top Ten der Welt. Great Vacation

The condo was exactly as marketed so perfect for the 4 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the unit, balcony and incentives that went with the unit. There were 2 issues with the A/C but it was quickly fixed by George the nice maintenance and Shane. We will definitely stay at this unit again in the future hopefully in Oct. 2025. Thank you Beverly for all your help

Enjoyable Stay

The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked but could have used more forks and pot holders. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our visit and even extended it by 1 night.

What a view!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo! The view is gorgeous! The sleeping quarters are very nice. The unit is very clean and pretty. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. The water pressure was good. The balcony closet was packed with Beach items to borrow. There were sand toys, kites, Beach chairs, a wagon and even a canopy set up! Of course the included Beach service is a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay very much! This is one of my favorite units! Thanks Sugar Sands! El Matador is a great complex that is well maintained.

Great Condo

Condo was clean and well stocked & updated. Communication with renter was seamless and always responsive. We only had to contact prior to our stay regarding early check-in, which we were granted. We’ve stayed in these condos for 20 years, but never in this unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Excellent Rental

We chose this condo bc it was closest to the spot where we were getting married. It was perfect with a perfect view of the ocean. Everything was clean and just how it was pictured. We had no issues with the property. Will definetly try and book it again.

Best Ever!!

i’ve stay at plenty locations up an down the coast an this one by far is the prettiest!! The owner had very good communication an it actually felt like i was communicating with a family member..This location omg!! i have no word for the beauty of this spot , the pictures don’t serve justice an the view .is outstanding!! i personally saved the number because the next time i come i’m checking the availability here before i even come on vacation!! this is how impressing this location is!! Love love love it!! i will most definitely be back !! i loved it so much we called to book another day but of course it was already booked up an if you get the chance to see it , you would understand why ..Awesome!! thanks so much for sharing this lovely home !! it’s indeed my favorite spot

El Matador

This was a great condo. It was located on the top floor, in a building closest to the beach. Everything was decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Nice little pantry to put our groceries in. Couches were comfortable to spread out and watch a movie. The mattress in the main bedroom was a little too firm for my liking, but nothing wrong with it. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Also as someone with thick curly hair, the water pressure in the shower was lacking. I personally loved sitting on the balcony early morning or late afternoon watching the waves. We got to see a sea turtle, shark and plenty of dolphins! The location of the unit made it easy to grab our beach stuff out of the car and take the shortest walk to the beach. We loved the chair and umbrella service! Not having to lug down our own chairs in a wagon was the way to go! We chose this property over another because it was shown at the end of of a long line of resorts and condos thinking we could spread out if needed. What’s not apparent is that the property is next to an Air Force installation. There’s multiple signs lining the beach stating DO NOT ENTER. The military did enforce this and issued fines to those in violation. We did take advantage of some of the Xplorie freebies. It’s a 3rd party you have to call and prebook/reserve your activities. There were 2 things we were wanting to do which saved us about $50!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many other units on this property over the years, and this by far has been our favorite. The furnishings are beautiful, the bedding was comfortable, and the sturdy patio furniture was great for taking in the ocean views. The unit appeared to have been recently remodeled and felt fresh! We LOVED having access to beach umbrella service, especially during a busy holiday weekend. The unit is well equipped, the ONLY minor thing I would add is that there are only plastic dishes available that cannot be microwaved, which made heating anything up challenging. Perhaps adding a few more china dish options would be great. Other than that the condo was wonderful. We definitely plan to stay in this unit in the future.
