This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from groceries, coffee shops and a golf course. Multiple Casinos, aquariums, Phoenix Zoo, and hiking trails are all conveniently located as well.

The thermostats in our property are securely locked and set to specific limits to ensure efficient operation and prevent overworking of the air conditioning system, particularly during the hot Arizona summer months. This measure is in place to maintain a comfortable and sustainable environment for all guests.

Disturbances include but are not limited to PARTIES/EVENTS, OUTDOOR MUSIC, SHOUTING, CLIMBING on ROOF, etc. Anything which results from messages or phone calls regarding disturbances at this property from neighbors will result in forfeiture of your deposit and AirBNB/VRBO will require you to vacate the property.
INTERIOR TEMPERATURE: A/C bills can get excessive in the summer. We want you to stay comfortable. Please be reasonable with the interior temperature and keep it within a few degrees of 76 degrees and be sure to keep exterior doors/windows closed so your cool air is kept inside the home. Thank you.
GUEST COUNT: Your guest count can meet but not exceed the number of guests you booked on your rental agreement during the day or overnight. AirBNB/VRBO reserves the right to have all guests removed from property for guest count violations. Exceeding guest count will result in forfeiture of deposit.
POOL: The pool accommodates your allotted guests. Please leave the pool cleaner in the pool at all times. It is not to be removed or taken out of the water. This ruins the instrumentation, the pump and the motor. Pool settings, switches or dials may not be adjusted. Given our desert surroundings and pools being outdoors, it is common to find leaves and dirt/debris in the pool. During their stay, guests are welcome to use the skimmer at their discretion to remove any such debris. Removal of the cleaner from pool will result in $185 service fee for our pool team to recalibrate system.
MARIJUANA: Marijuana is prohibited. At no point may Marijuana be brought onto the property or smoked on the property. A $185 fee applies if evidence of marijuana is found on the property
ANIMALS: Due to allergy issues with our cleaning team and family members no animals of any type are permitted in the property including emotional support animals. NO dogs, cats or any other animals are permitted during your stay. A fee of $185 will be assessed should evidence of an animal be found.
