Walk out to the oceanview deck and rest easy on the comfortable patio furniture as you listen to the waves fall upon the shore. Breakfast can also be enjoyed by the oceanside as this deck also offers a table and seating for up to four guests. For those that like a good bar-b-que, no problem. This home also includes a gas bar-b-que grill on the outside patio by the hot tub.

The Mermaid Retreat features cable TV, WiFi, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and all linens are supplied. This home has all your beach essentials including a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler, kayaks, and surfboards. Located in New Smyrna Beach the Mermaid Retreat is only minutes from all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. This home is next to a small convenience store called Needful Things which offers bait, tackle, snacks, and drinks. The Mermaid Retreat is also 4 miles south of a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a beachwear outlet. It's also only 10 minutes from shopping and dining on 3rd Avenue and Flagler Avenue.

Bethune Park is within seconds of this home which features a fishing dock, playground, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball court, and kayak launch.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River.
