Beautifully decorated studio in a prime location within Origin at Seahaven Resort. This condo comes fully furnished with all linens, housewares, and electronics included. Origin at Seahaven offers unmatched luxury in Panama City Beach with its hotel-inspired design and interior corridors. Features include mahogany entry doors, granite countertops, raised panel cabinets, a theater, fitness center, observation decks, dining terraces, and convenient on-site parking. Enjoy the prime location, just steps from dedicated beach access and the iconic Sharky’s restaurant, and close to Pier Park, concert venues, and dining options.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

Enter the parking garage, which is on the north side of Front Beach Road. Park anywhere in the garage that is not a reserved space. Upon parking, promptly head to your unit and locate the parking permit (within the guest packet); guests receive one parking deck pass and one overflow pass. Oversized vehicles must use the overflow parking lot.

Any extra parking passes must be pre-arranged and cost $35 (plus tax) per permit. Guests will be charged for any parking violations received during their stay (including any vehicle taking up more than one parking space).

Follow the directions below so that you don’t get towed:

1. Provide all required information listed on any permits, including your unit number, 30a Seascapes as the rental co., and the start & end dates of your reservation.

2. Return to your car(s) & affix the permit(s) to the rearview mirror(s); assure the dates are visible. A pass needs to be visible on the vehicle’s rearview mirror for the entirety of your stay.

3. If, for any reason, your stay is extended, you will have to return to security and get an updated parking pass.

About the Community/Property:

When staying at The Origin at Seahaven, guests are right across the street from gorgeous Laguna Beach! The Origin is just one mile East of Pier Park, which boasts of more than 100 retail shops and eateries. The Origin is close to Frank Brown Park, within walking distance of Gulf World, and across the street from Sharky's as well as Hang Five Beach Bar & Grill. The origin is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from the airport.

Wristbands & Access to Onsite Amenities: Wristbands are required by those wishing to access onsite amenities who are 10 years old and up. In the condo’s kitchen(ette), you will find wristbands for use while staying at the Origin. Property amenities include the Grand Terrace pool, offering guests a stunning oceanfront view of the Gulf while swimming or floating in a gorgeous heated pool. The Origin also sports a private hot tub, fitness room, movie theater, arcade, grills, and sunrise/sunset observation decks. Do not lose your wristbands, as we are unable to offer more than the initial allocation. Since wristbands can tighten easily, consider bringing them with you to areas requiring them.

Pool & pool deck policies: Hours of operation are from 9am to 10pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. No diving, no running, no climbing, no glass containers. No food or drink within 5 feet of water. No person under the age of 12 may utilize the jacuzzi. Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests may not dispose of diapers at the pool site. Please note that inclement weather (lightning within 5 miles) will lead security to block access to the pool deck.

Rooftop Deck at Origins: East & West elevators grant access through the 14th floor only. The sunrise & sunset decks are located on the 15th floor. To access floors 15-17, you will need to take the main elevator, which can be accessed from the lobby or parking structure.

Private Beach Access: In order to maintain exclusivity for guests like yourself, the beach access gate across the street from Origin is closed to the public. For private beach access, use the door to the left of Sharky's.

Origin resort has the following:
1) Onsite arcade
2) Onsite Coffee and Ice at the Saltwater Marketplace
3) Pool and hot tub (located on the 4th floor)
4) Fitness center (located on the 4th floor)
5) Laundry facility (located on the 1st floor) that takes bills and cards. Guests must provide their own detergent.

Other details to note:

No luggage racks inside the unit (and, please, immediately return luggage carts after borrowing).

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
