Waterfront Condo with Boat Slip + Oversized Pool

The Space:
Your 2nd floor condo at Casa Del Marina has a bright coastal vibe with beach-themed decor, modern amenities, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. The open-concept living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen and bar dining space so you can prepare meals while spending time with your family. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer makes laundry a breeze. Kick back and relax on the comfortable living room sofa and stream your favorite TV shows on the big-screen TV or unwind with a book and a refreshing breeze from the balcony doors.

The master bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds (perfect for kids!) and its own full bath. Both bedrooms are outfitted with quality linens and plenty of storage space to make you feel right at home.

Guest Access:
Casa Del Marina is a desirable complex with upscale amenities and a central location. The property is a captain’s dream, with a private boat launch, 22 extra-large boat slips, and a covered fish cleaning station. A short and breezy canal leads to Orange Beach Marina and Terry Cove, where sandbar islands and quick Gulf access await.

Back at your condo, throw your catch on the grill for a family meal under the covered gazebo. The kids can splash in the oversized pool while the rest relax at our large picnic tables. If the fish aren’t biting, walk over to Fishers or Tacky Jacks for fresh Gulf seafood these waterfront restaurants.

Speaking of walking, the location of our condo can’t be beat! Lounge on white-sand beaches just 2 miles away or explore 30+ miles of natural beauty on the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trails, recently named the best trail system in the country. Shopping, restaurants, attractions and more–it’s all right at your fingertips for an unforgettable family vacation.

Other Things to Note:
PARKING. Guests must park all automobiles under the unit or in the open parking area. If you have a boat or trailer under your unit you must have space to park at least one car in addition to that trailer/boat and not extend into parking lot or past yellow stripes.

BOAT TRAILERS. Guests must park boat trailers under their condominium unit
Provided they can fit and leave room for a car or truck. Boat trailer parking is available next door at Orange Beach Marina. Please contact them directly for pricing.

BOATS and BOAT SLIPS. Guest must have a place card (minimum 3” X 5”) showing the unit and owner they are visiting and the date.

BOAT LAUNCH. Access to the boat launch requires access thru the gate which must remain locked at all times.

No guest will be allowed to bring a boat on the following dates:

Memorial Day: May 26th thru May 29th
July 4th: June 30th thru July 4th
Blue Angels: July 7th thru July 9th
Labor Day: September 1st thru September 4th
