This is our home away from home. We are excited to share our space with you!
Although our entire condo is private, the unit does share walls with neighboring condos so we ask that you please follow quiet hours from 11 pm to 10 am. Please note you must take stairs to get to the front or back entryway of our condo.
We provide all essential amenities in addition to EXTRA SOFT towels, hair-dryers, live cable with Youtube TV, Smart TV, kayak, boogie boards, water toys, snacks and coffee to use throughout your stay.
UNLIMITED FREE PARKING! Our condo complex has plenty of parking available during your stay.
Our Condominium also provides:
-Public pool & Kiddie pool (ONLY OPEN through May-October)
-Community room with a treadmill and stationary bike
-Basketball hoop
-Kids Playground

There is a BOAT RENTAL FACILITY and a SPA neighboring our condominium (2 min walk). Zen spa is private and available ONLY by appointment.
Trailer parking is available ONLY upon requested. Our HOA requires payment for these spots and will tow your trailer if not correctly registered.
Please feel free to reach out to myself or my co-hosts at any time! We want to do all we can to make your stay is as wonderful and memorable as possible. This is our home away from home, and we hope we can provide that experience for you as well.
Please do not take home any of the essential and added amenities provided to you throughout your stay (chargers, games, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath tissue, etc.)
SMOKING & VAPING RULES
Our community pool has a zero tolerance policy for smoking or vaping at the pool and will charge $50-$250 fee per instance per day.
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there is evidence of smoking, you will be charged a $250 fee.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should you have any questions during your stay please contact myself and my property management team directly through the app so that it will be linked to your booking and details for our records. Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TV, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).Press the house icon button to get the the main screen to select other Smart TV apps such as Netflix. Select “YouTubeTV” (not the YouTube app) to watch our live cable tv channels. Use the back button to get to the guide and change live selections in YouTube TV.
PB 404-5G is our fastest Wi-Fi network within the condo, while our PB 404-2.4G Wi-Fi network services farther. If you would like Wi-Fi in the parking lot or outside near our deck we recommend the 2.4 service (same password for both).
Our community pool is open from May - October from 9AM - 11PM each day. There is a small fitness center inside of the community pool house. The HOA has a ZERO tolerance policy for smoking or vaping at the pool and violation can result in $150-$300 fines. The code to enter into the guest clubhouse is #0625 and is not open between 11PM to 9AM.
Our boat slip is B13 (see check-in instructions for directions from the condo). The get into our storage box for the kayak gear use combination 052 then please re-lock when not in use. Our one person kayak is free and available for guest use. The lifejacket and paddle is available in the storage bin on our B13 boat slip. Please reference the check in instructions for the code.
Our HOA does require any trailers that park in the gravel lot are registered before your stay or you WILL BE TOWED. Please reach out to us with your trailer license plate for registration. Car parking is free and no registration is required.
In winter time the HOA does salt stairs and provide snow removal service.
This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the condominium between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods' website.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair.
TRASH
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in dumpsters outside the unit in between the basketball court and the community pool. Please bring all excess trash to the dumpsters as the cleaners main focus is to clean the unit and not haul trash to the dumpster. Please clean remember to clean out the fridge before you leave. Please do not leave trash on the dock or outside the unit as the HOA is not responsible for cleaning up trash. We will charge a fee if excess trash is left.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
PETS
We do not allow pets in our condo at anytime. If we find evidence of a pet you will be charged a $150 fine and you will responsible for any additional cleaning fees and damage repair costs causes by your pet.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don't waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile.
We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker.
Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started.
