Historical 1910 home in prime Location! 8 min. drive to Anna Maria Island or Bradenton Beach. 5 Min walk to Mian Street Downtown, Pier 22 & The River walk, Near IMG Academy & Pirates Training camp! Check out historic downtown Bradenton's main street where you'll find quaint little boutiques, restaurants & bars, Saturdays from 8-2 Main St. Farmers market. This home features a large front porch with ceiling fan & chairs for relaxing with coffee or a cocktail, if space is what you desire this is it, completely updated huge kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals! The upper level has 2 large bedrooms both have king size beds & tv's, 2 full baths, with all new walk-in showers, the primary bedroom has an ensuite to die for! A third sunroom/bedroom on the main level has a swing bed & futon both are twin size (little too small for an adult's comfort). Step out the sliding doors from the dining room onto the spacious deck equipped with gas BBQ grill & patois table perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The propane gas fire pit is the perfect place to end a long day with your favorite cold drink, Lawn games are also included, If you're headed to the beach, we have you covered with all you'll need for a perfect day. A cooler, 4 beach chairs, Umbrella, Wagon, Beach towels & blankets along with a few water toys, The outdoor shower is amazing after a long day at the beach. Bikes are also provided for your enjoyment! A long driveway makes it a breeze to park your truck, boat trailer or RV of the street!

Great house - had it all!

Our daughter's family enjoyed their stay very much ... the home was spotless, beachy, bright and cheerful with a wonderful front porch and a deck with grill and yard with fire pit. The garage had everything anyone might need for the beach. The location was perfect for visiting us in our retirement home at Westminster Point Pleasant and for walking to stores and restaurants downtown. We were able to walk to the fireworks on the river without worrying about traffic and parking! We have only good things to say about this property!!!

Wonderful experience!

This home was one of the nicest VRBO properties we have ever rented! All the comforts of home, and so much more than expected were provided. The location was excellent, and we enjoyed our daily walks and the proximity of great restaurants that we could walk to. Our host, Terri, was exceptionally gracious and an amazing home decorator.

Very Nice!

For our girls trip, we decided at the last minute to do a staycation near Anna Maria! We didn’t take full advantage of all of the house’s amenities but we LOVED the home! The swing bed was our favorite! The decor was VERY tasteful and it was a peaceful stay:) We felt very safe and had everything that we needed and more!

Amazing House and Great Location.10-15th July.

What can I say ?/ I was with my son, DIL and grandson. The house has everything you could want and more. Very clean, amazing kitchen space and rooms are spacious. Great location for beaches and restaurants. I got my fill of yummy seafood. James and Terri were very responsive to my messages. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Great Vacation

This rental was just as listed! It is beautiful and had every amenity that we needed for a restful vacation. The beds are all very comfortable. We were less than 20 minutes from Anna Maria and it was an easy commute to the island each day. The beach chairs and beach equipment were a huge plus! We were packed and didn’t have room to bring our own and that saved us! Beach chairs are big and comfy too! We definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet, beautiful home♥️ I’d like to add that Terri was most helpful when I contacted her about our check in. She was very prompt in responding and handling our check in! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great remodel and location

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really loved our stay. The location is great to walk to restaurants and highly recommend Oak and Stone! And don’t miss half price wine by the glass at O’Bricks Irish pub. The house was just remodeled and we loved all The extra touches. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the bar set and kitchen. But the best parts of our stay was on the front porch, the back deck or the outdoor shower. If you plan to head to Anna Maria Island be sure to go early to get the traffic. Highly recommend this house for your getaway!!

I LOVE THIS HOUSE SO MUCH! I WISH I COULD STAY FOREVER WE ALL DO!

FIRST OFF, LET ME EXPLAIN OUR SITUATION OUR HOUSE BURNED DOWN ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND WE LOST EVERYTHING INCLUDING OUR FAMILY DOG! IT HAS BEEN DEVASTATING! WE HAVE BEEN SPENDING SO MUCH ON HOTELS ITS SICKENING! ALSO A TERRIBLE AND UNCOMFORTABLE WAY TOO LIVE ESPECIALLY WITH A MOM ON 24/7 OXYGEN, MY WIFE, 2 TEENAGERS AND A 3 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL AS WELL AS MYSELF! SO WE WERE DESPERATELY TRYING TO FIND A PLACE THAT WAS AFFORDABLE AND WE WANTED SOME STABILITY, AS WELL AS SOME RELAXATION AND OF COURSE PRIVACY! I LOVE THIS HOUSE SO MUCH! I WISH I COULD STAY FOREVER WE ALL DO! IT HAS PLENTY OF SPACE, ITS CLEAN, IT WAS PROVIDED WITH ALL YOU COULD ASK FOR AND MORE THE LOCATION IS GREAT RIGHT BY THE BEACH! EVEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE BEACH PLUS A FEW BIKES FOR GETTING AROUND! THE OWNERS HAVE BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH AND KEPT IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING! GREAT SECURITY SYSTEM ALL HIGH CLASS APPLIANCES! I WISH WE DIDN’T HAVE TO LEAVE IT IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING AMAZING HOSTS! My husband & I wanted a place in Florida that we could walk to restaurants & live music with an historic feel, this home was perfect! we closed on it & went to work! tons of blood, sweat & cheers went into this home! The entire house transformation took 4 months, during construction we enjoyed walking to the farmers market downtown, there's lots of fresh fruits, veggies & local vendors selling all sorts of things & Live music. A few of our favorite restaurants are Fav's Italian, the lasagna is to die for! 1 piece will feed 2 people, O bricks is another favorite everything is Deliches! for the best view of the water check out Oak & Stone with rooftop dinning overlooking the Mantatee river.
