Located on Nags Head Golf Links, the Golf Cottage is a stylishly appointed 3- bedroom home. Recently refurbished with new interior and exterior finishes including new deck, appliances, flooring and furniture this home sparkles. An ideal location in the Village of Nags Head, the property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, local grills and some of Outer Banks favorite attractions. The property has access to the Villages' private beach and parking area. Views from the decks include not only the links but local wildlife at nearby pond and fields. An evening stroll to the Village's dock, promises spectacular sunsets over the Sound.

Cute space, convenient location

Property is exactly as listed, very nicely renovated. Very convenient to the grocery store, and lots of shops and restaurants a short drive away. Drive to the clubhouse with private beach access quick (definitely too far if you're looking to be able to walk to the private beach). Parking lot to the clubhouse always had spaces, and very nice to have bathroom and bar/snackbar access while on the beach. Would absolutely recommend!

OBX family vacation

This was a great space for our family to all have their own space after busy days. We did think the pool was closer, but we rented a car so had no issues getting there. There was a glitch one night with the air conditioner; however the host and property manager were very responsive. Great experience overall.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This is our second year staying here and it was just as perfect as the first time! We are a large family of 6, and this house has the right amount of space for us. Everything was exactly as described online, and even better in person. It is well maintained and extremely clean. The neighborhood is quiet and has beautiful views of a little pond, the golf course and gorgeous sunsets. This house feels like home away from home. We added on the pool option and it is worth it! You’re less than 5 min to the beach/pool, putt-putt and places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this property! We hope to return again next year.

Perfect

What a great place! The pictures don’t even do it justice. The house was super clean, beautifully furnished, bedrooms were all spacious & beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for our family…the host was so very thoughtful and accommodating to some specific needs of my family. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is a beautiful newly remodeled home with a view of the golf course. Sandy was great to work with and quick to respond to questions. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Super Location!

This clean and attractive home was well-stocked with linens and kitchen needs. The dining area can seat 5 at the table with 3 add'l bar stools at the kitchen counter. Upper sun deck has a table for 4 and patio furniture for another 4. Great star viewing at night! LOCATION is super-- 7.5 miles to Wright Bros Nat. Memorial, 3 miles to Jockey's Ridge, and WALKING distance to Food Lion and Duck Donuts. Community has access to a pier at the Sound which is approx 15 mins walk from the house (has parking). And the Village Beach Club (optional) has a large pool plus a baby pool, showers with changing room and restrooms, snack bar and cafe and bar all open until 5pm during our stay. Beach parking is at the Club with direct access to the ocean. Makes for a convenient opportunity especially for arrival and departure days, but throughout the stay too. Owner was very accessible and responsive!

A great time in Nags Head

The house was perfect for our family. We went to the beach in the morning and there was always parking at the beach club. The house is everything as advertised and more. Sandy is great to work with.

Beautiful Home and Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay! I know I’m going to be reiterating what other people have said in their reviews, but Sandy has really thought of everything and provides you with all of the necessities. It was really nice to not have to pack our entire home and bring it with us like some other properties we have stayed at. The house is beautiful and great for small families + a few extra. The beds are extremely comfortable, everything was very clean, and the views are beautiful. You’re next to some water and part of the golf course. There are stray golf balls that come near/onto the property, but it is entertaining to watch. If you decide to pay for the pool, it is relatively close to the property, only about 3/4 of a mile. We opted to drive, but there is a shuttle available to take you to the pool/private beach area. It only takes a couple of minutes to get there! We spent a very day at the pool, which is very big. Sandy is a quick communicator and very responsive! Overall, it was a great stay, and we would happily visit this property again!

Beautiful and Spacious Beach House

From the very beginning we had great communication with Sandy the owner! The beach house was close enough to the beach within a two minute drive with an option of a shuttle to the Village of Nags Head Club right on the beach! The house was so clean and plenty of space for my family! It was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for the kitchen and the beach! You have a nice option to add on a membership for the week that includes the pool and tennis courts for a small fee! Highly recommend and will be coming back for sure!

Clean House with Great Location!

Our stay in Nags Head was wonderful and largely due to the location and comfortable home! The house is just like the pictures and the owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home had all the amenities needed, down to the towels and beach chairs! We enjoyed coffee on the back deck watching the golfers and flocks of geese in the pond. Getting to the beach was a breeze; less than 3 minutes! The location is right in the middle of activities and food. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful home/Fabulous stay

This home was a fabulous place for our family of 3 to stay in for a week during our vacation to Outer Banks. It is newly renovated with beautiful coastal decor and furniture. The owner has thought of every need you could possibly have. So clean, it was just like being at home. We enjoyed morning coffee on the upper deck. It was an easy walk to the pier to see the sunsets. The location is ideal. We had a few rainy days and it was so nice to have such a beautiful and clean place to hang out in. Sandy, the property owner, is so helpful and great to deal with. This is a hidden gem and we are so thankful we found it.
