Schönes kinderfreundliches Birdrock Haus erwartet Sie für Ihren Urlaub. 3 Blocks zum Meer und 1 Meile zum Zugang zum Strand in beide Richtungen. Komplett renoviert im Jahr 2005. Entspannen Sie auf der großen Terrasse, von der aus Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer genießen, grillen oder einen 2-minütigen Spaziergang zum La Jolla Boulevard mit einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bäckereien und Cafés unternehmen können. Sie müssen nirgendwo hinfahren. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten, einem Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein Ecksofa im Wohnzimmer, auf dem möglicherweise 1-2 Personen schlafen können. Es gibt 3 Fernseher, Internetzugang, Wii-Spiele, X-Box, DVD und einen Kickertisch,

Spielen Sie auf dem Rasen im komplett eingezäunten Vorgarten, der sich hervorragend für Kinder und Haustiere eignet, oder nutzen Sie das große Deck, um ein wenig Sonne zu tanken. Leihen Sie sich unsere Fahrräder aus und fahren Sie auf dem Radweg oder zum Strand. Boogie Boards, Liegestühle und Handtücher sorgen für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Warum der Besitzer Bird Rock gewählt hat: Mein Mann und ich sind vor 20 Jahren aus Schweden und England hierher gezogen. Wir haben an verschiedenen Orten in den USA gelebt, aber wir fanden, dass La Jolla einer der schönsten Orte in Kalifornien und einer der besten Orte zum Leben ist.

Birdrock Gem

A perfect spot for our family reunion. Great location close to local coffee, bakery, restaurants and stores. The owners equipped the house with everything we could have needed along with thoughtful touches. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, spices and other basics. The back patio was a great place to hangout.

Prefect family home in Birdrock

We had a great stay at this birdrock home. The house was well appointed, had a great kitchn and had a great outdoor living area. We loved walking to coffee, the bakery and local shops. Would highly recommend this house to families and we look forward to a return visit another time.

Great home in Birdrock neighborhood of La Jolla

So much more than a hotel stay. We stayed a week for a family wedding. Easy drive to downtown San Diego, Pacific Beach and La Jolla Cove. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and an amazing fruit tower and bottle of wine. Just blocks from the ocean and Beautiful sunsets. Great walking neighborhood. On a sunny day the deck was a great place to eat and drink. The listing says the owners live below the deck but we would never know. We messaged when we arrived and they responded quickly to see if we needed anything. We would stay again if we are in the area

We loved our stay at this comfortable home. It is a perfect location to enjoy restaurants and coffee shops in Bird Rock. The upper deck is perfect for coffee in the am and cocktails in the evening with a view of the ocean. We would love to stay again.

Great location, great deck

This home was perfect for our girlfriend gathering. The huge deck was a lovely place to eat and hang out. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with equipment and supplies. And the location was great--close to food, shops and the water. Highly recommend!

Beautiful quiet location, close to everything, lovely house and hospitality

Our nieces from Montana and us from the East Bay Area met up at this homie home. Wow! The hosts are just wonderful. When we arrived we were welcomed with a beautiful fruit basket, delicious chocolate from Sweden and a very nice bottle of wine. The house has everything! La Jolla is a Jewel, nice neighborhood and so close to the tourist areas,San Diego Zoo, Sea world, the aquarium, the beach boardwalk, Legoland. We truly enjoyed the beautiful beaches within a mile radius. The owners take pride of their beautiful home, from the nice soft bath towels, comfortable beds, living room furniture. We also loved the terrace deck, what a treat to have your morning coffee and just total relaxation. The BBQ was just perfect, loved cooking meals, not too many places have nice pots and pans. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us. We didn't want to leave.

My family thoroughly enjoyed its stay at this Birdrock Beach house with some ocean views! It is a beautifully appointed property that exceeded our expectations. From the hearty fruit bowl, chocolate and wine welcome gift to its fabulous amenities and pristine condition, Annelie’s VRBO was a welcome respite during a fun-filled family vacation. We could not have asked for a more comfortable home or a more convenient location from which to jump start our trip. Best VRBO I’ve stayed in!

Perfect location for our family trip - near enough to UCSD for our daughter's graduation, but close enough to the beach, bike trail, and adorable Bird Rock downtown for a very relaxing mini-break. House was perfect - everything we could have wanted was available - beautiful back patio with BBQ, spacious open kitchen and living room for our time together, luxurious bedroom spaces, and front garden surrounded by blooms. Bird Rock charm

What a fantastic home! I can’t say enough about how great this place is. A well kept, exceptionally clean and TOTALLY stocked spot to call home for your stay. The flowers were beautiful, the lawn manicured, fresh fruit in a bowl, they even left us some beer and a bottle of wine. The neighborhood is great, and on street parking was easy enough to find. I can’t think of anything I’d change. My Dad couldn’t work the TV very well, but that’s probably user error! Roof top deck was amazing, just a great spot in the LaJolla area.

Great house and location in Bird Rock. Right around the corner from restaurants and nice walking neighborhoods with plenty of costal views. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we come back to San Diego.

Bird Rock paradise.

What a lovely find of this quaint and comfortable cottage in the heart of La Jolla. The best we’ll equipped VRBO any of us have stayed in. Welcomed with a fruit basket, wine and chocolate. Fabulous-location, house setup, and hospitality

We stayed here for a family wedding. This house was the perfect setup for families and very kid friendly. The neighbor was adorable and very quiet, the patio was perfect and the house was stocked with all sorts of things to make our stay easy (games, condiments, kitchen supplies, etc.). Would definitely stay again if we have come back to the area again!

The house was amazing.

The house was beautiful inside and out and very well appointed. Comfortable beds and bedding, nice towels, great kitchen with everything you could need, gorgeous deck, comfortable living room area. Wonderful property, location, host.

Perfect property for our 3 week stay. Modern, equipped kitchen. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, big chocolate bar and a pile of fresh fruit. Spaces worked well, e.g., one BR had nice set up for office (changing height standing desk!). Owner available, responsive, lovely person. Quiet neighborhood. We'll be back.
