We are two blocks from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, where you will have convenient year-round access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. We also have a private hot tub where everyone can relax after a day enjoying one of the many outdoor activities nearby.
Our three-bedroom and three full-bathroom townhome offers plenty of room for families or groups of up to 9 people. The upper level is bright, open, and airy with lots of seating options and a large flat-screen TV - perfect for comfy night or relaxed morning conversations. Just a few steps down, the family room awaits with a large flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace for cozy warmth, and a comfortable sofa for watching movies or playing one of the board games we supply.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cooking tools to make mouthwatering mountain meals. There's a large dining table that can seat six people with three more spots at the counter.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS PLEASE READ:
- We accept non-shedding dogs on a case-by-case basis and charge a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Approval is required before booking - please reach out to us with your pup's breed and size.
- A $400 refundable damage deposit will be held on a credit card 2 days before check in.
The hold will be released 5 days after your departure if no damages have incurred.
- We will request a renter agreement between the guest and owner of the property. Per our rental insurance, the person who signs our rental agreement must be 25 years or old and stay at the property.
- Absolutely no parties at this home. Quiet time is observed between 10 pm and 6 am.
- We do not have air conditioning. Our Home includes ceiling fans and portable floor fans.
