There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with an upgraded foam mattress. The décor is open and beachy! The kitchen is well stocked for a large family.
This unit also includes a reserved, covered parking spot for your entire stay, and is visible from your downstairs balcony. In addition, a locked ground floor storage closet is available for your use. The key to the storage room is located behind the door in your unit. The storage unit is close to your parking space. It is storage unit #31. Included in the storage unit are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, coolers, shelling nets, crab nets, and some beach toys, buckets and shovels! Everything you need for a fun day at the beach. There is also a beach cart to haul your things to and from the beach. No more dragging your beach items up and down from your unit!

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools.
