Expansive views of sea of Cortez, rugged mountains, and golf courses can be seen from each of the five decks in the home leaving the stunning natural features of the are on full display to guests.

The home is also just a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to charming San Jose, recently rated #1 location to visit by Lonely Planet.

Attention to detail and comfort are evident in every room and the 4BR, 6BA layout leaves plenty of room for everyone to both enjoy each others company, and find their own privacy. Each of the four large master bedroom suites offer their own ocean views, and whale watching decks, making this the perfect home to relax in while reading a book or sipping morning coffee.

In addition to the four primary 4BRs, a small room on roof top can also be set up with an air mattress to become an extra bedroom, a yoga or meditation room, or massage room.

The Villa features granite and marble floors and countertops throughout and no detail is overlooked from either an aesthetic or functional standpoint.

One of the highlights of the home is the heated pool which features strong jets for resistance swimming, the jacuzzi, and built-in waterfall which is both functional and fun for all ages.

The home also has a shaded pavilion when it's time to get out of the sun where guests can escape the heat while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfall.

The hammock on the terrace also provides a perfect place to read a book or listen to music while staring off at the stunning backdrop.

The primary gourmet kitchen has a giant granite cooking island, located upstairs, has majestic views of both the Sea of Cortes and the surrounding mountains, making this the ideal place to host or enjoy a meal from our Private Chef. It is outfitted with all utensils and spices making meal prep a breeze.

There is also a second full kitchen, located downstairs, which makes small meal and snack preparation easy while lounging by the pool deck or making an sunrise coffee or breakfasts for the early birds.

Both kitchens have water purification systems. Bottled water is also offered as a second option.

While AC is available throughout the house, the need is minimal because of constant sea breezes that are almost always present.

Solar energy panels were installed in 2016 meeting most of the electrical daytime needs.

About the Area:

The Marina offers opportunity for world class fishing, rental of yachts, whale watching expeditions, dolphin encounters and more. You will also want to visit the beautiful community garden developed by Puerto Los Cabos. It houses a labyrinth and a cactus collection which is one of the largest in the world as well as an adjacent museum quality bronze sculpture garden.

Golf:

The house sits on the golf course of two of the world Class golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus.

Concierge:

Management can make arrangements for concierge services to grocery shop or plan excursions to the many adventures offered in Cabo. Private Chefs and Mexican cooks can also offer you a variety of culinary fairs at various prices at home. Catering is also available from the many restaurants and clubs in the neighborhood.

Cleaning:

Management will provide cleaning services every other day for 6 hours, with stays of 6 days or more. Additional services may be hired directly with the concierge.

Security:

Puerto Los Cabos is a double-gated community and has security guards on duty 24/7. The community is served by its own fire and emergency services. Friendly security guards and nighttime watchmen help ensure tight security in this beautiful neighborhood. There are two safes in the home for valuables and extra peace of mind.

The home is also equipped with an AED (automatic electronic defibrillator) in case of emergency.

In the rare event of power failure a large generator will take over as a backup.

As gas is very expensive in the Baja, a credit of up to $75 US per day will be provided for gas for heating the pool during the winter months.

Cribs, playpens, and other children’s needs are available if requested.
