🔹Absolutely no more than max occupancy
🔹We require all guests to sign a renter agreement
🔹A security deposit of $500 is held for all bookings, which will be released three days after check-out

‼️ Door Codes and Check-in instructions will not be sent until BOOKING HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL 🔹We allow 1 Pet under 30 lbs for a charge of $60 per night. For each additional pet, an additional pet fee applies. Please message us with any questions.
🔹No late checkout or early check-in as this allows our cleaners to properly clean and sanitize property. Late fee applies.
🔹No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
