The space
Very short walking distance to Madeira Beach (literally only 1 block), this BRAND-NEW condo situated on the 3rd with 2 elevators for your convenience, features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has all the comforts of a home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the balcony with access to the living area as well as the guest bedroom. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Quartz kitchen with new appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or a short walk to many local restaurants.
The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, a workspace, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest room also offers 1 full size bed and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle and both are twin size beds, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, 4 flat screen televisions, high speed internet, 2 elevators and 2 designated garage parking spots are also included. This is a non-smoking condo. Linens, towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Beach equipment and wagon are also provided for those frequent sunny beach days.
One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches and swimming pool, but also very near John's Pass Village, a sought-after destination for tourists and year-round residents alike. It is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a large variety of restaurants, local fishing fleet, dolphin watching/shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump’s, Hooters, Hubbard’s Marina and also the world-famous Bamboo Beer Garden.
Fishing is one of the most popular local pastimes, and Madeira Beach boasts the biggest grouper haul of anywhere in Florida. *We would like to bring to your attention that a key fob is present within the premises of your unit. This key fob grants access to essential areas, including the garage, lobby, and access to the door to the west-side pool.
*We kindly request that you take extra care of the key fob to avoid any misplacement or loss. In case of such an unfortunate incident, please be aware that there will be a replacement fee of $60.
*BBQ Grill : Registered guests may use the grills for up to one hour per unit. Before use, please check the gas meter to ensure there is sufficient fuel. If the grill is out of gas, it will be unavailable until it is serviced. Remember to clean the grill and turn off the gas after each use.
* Grills are to be operated by authorized HATC adults only
*Grills in use must be attended at all times. If they are found unattended, they will be turned off.
*Grills must be cleaned and brushed after each use.
*Turn off the gas at the tank before leaving.
*No parties at the grill area.
*The last person using the grill for the day should put the cover on the grill, once it is
completely cooled.
*Use of grills is at your own risk.
*Pool (Verify hours of accessibility) Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision. Shared with other guests *We are not responsible if the pool is closed for any reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community.
