Thoughtfully renovated with high-end finishes, these luxury travel apartments are the ideal blend of urban living and elevated timeless design.
Centrally located just two blocks away from Riverfront Park, The Convention Center, and countless local cafés, shops, and restaurants.
We’re lucky to have visited homes (and Airbnb’s) all over the world and know just what guests are looking for.
During your stay, we have curated the following for you and your guests to enjoy:
- Decor and features worthy of any design-admirer’s dream, including hand-picked furniture, artwork, and statement pieces.
- Full access to your travel apartment, fully stocked with all the amenities you’d find at home.
-Luxury Memory Foam King bed.
- A shared pool table room ideal for spending time with friends and family.
-Convenient distance to Spokane’s best dining, shops, bars, and cafes.
-Full access to the property’s elevator and common area.
Spokane’s newest world class breakfast/brunch spot is also located on the first floor.

This historical building features 12 newly renovated apartments that are built with your comfort in mind and offer the ideal city retreat.
Located on the third and fourth floors with convenient elevator access.
The apartments are accessed from the street level with a secured remote-accessed lock. For your safety and convenience, there is also 24/7 surveillance.
For peace of mind and security, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only valid for the duration of their stay.
You'll have access to the main door, entryway, individual apartment unit, and a shared pool room.
We've streamlined the check-in/out process for you so there is no front desk, or physical keys that need to be picked up. Your unique code will work for the street level door and your individual unit.
Riverfront Park is located just 2 blocks away. Feel free to stop in on the first floor of the building to International Pancake House, or any of the trendy restaurants and cafes you'll find on the way.
Some of our favorites include Atticus Coffee Shop, Revival Tea Lounge, or the Saranac Public House.

-3-minute walk to Saranac Commons filled with local shops and eateries.
-4-minute walk to the Main Market Co-op where you'll find everything you need for your stay in Spokane! Groceries, fresh produce, wellness supplements, salad bar, deli, etc.

How to stay like a local:
There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental Unit.
That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.
1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.
2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.
3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow for each of our buildings. Help us follow the rules.
7. We’re here to help! Roav Stays is managed locally. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!
FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)
Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit
Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item
Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays
Unauthorized pets: $150/day
