Step inside to the first level and to the left is a completely renovated kitchen with all new top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and a small dining area with bistro seating for two. Off the kitchen and before the king primary bedroom is the one fully renovated marble bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The large king primary suite has a large mounted flat screen TV, dresser, small closet, and black-out curtains throughout. The true gem of the king primary is the large private open-air patio with bar seating for four with stunning gulf and town views. This is the perfect evening escape for cocktails al fresco under a starlit sky or the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee!
Make your way up the staircase to locate a bonus, spacious living space, featuring a large slipcover sofa (queen sleeper sofa for 2 more guests), additional seating, a flat-screen TV, as well as plenty of windows to bring the stunning outdoors in. This area of the penthouse is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day in the beautiful Seaside, Florida. (The living room sleeper is a loft and there is open access to the king primary bedroom) The adjacent stairs climb to the true gem of the home with a pop-up door access to the rooftop deck.
