The Villa has a size of 80sqm and features two floors. On the first floor guests will find an air-conditioned open plan seating, dining and kitchen area, while a bathroom with a shower is also found. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, the dining table offers 4 sits & the seating area is equipped with a single sofa bed. A flat screen TV is also available.

Ascending the inner stairs to the upper floor (1st floor) guests will discover two beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring furnished balconies with stunning views of the pool and the verdant greenery that surrounds the villa. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom offers two single beds.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, with the option of adding a baby cot free of charge upon request and availability, suitable for a child up to two years old.

A portion of the road leading to our property may be unpaved and rough in some sections.
**Our property is nestled in a natural setting where summer temperatures can run high, making our pool a magnet for a variety of insects. Additionally, due to our location, you may encounter non-venomous insects and bugs as part of the local ecosystem.
