Das Honeoye Lake House liegt am östlichen Ufer des Honeoye Lake in der Nähe des öffentlichen Bootsanlegers des Staates New York. Das Haus liegt auf einem privaten Nachbarschaft Platte versteckt. Reichlich Parkplätze in der Einfahrt und auf der Straße für Autos oder ein Bootsanhänger zur Verfügung ..

Geben Sie diese schöne Vierschlafzimmerganzjährig Hause (komplett mit Grundplatte elektrische Heizung winterfest) durch die komplett geschlossene Zedernholz Veranda mit zwei hellen Oberlichter. Die Veranda ist der Spielraum, der Billardtisch und Dartscheibe hat an Ihre Freunde und Kinder für Stunden unterhalten, wenn die Tage mit regen gefüllt. Große Fenster und Schiebetüren in den Wohn- und Essbereich bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen Holzofen und einen Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, einen DVD-und Videorecorder (und WI-FI Internetzugang). Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit Blick auf den See. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit großen Glasschiebetüren zum Deck, die einen Gas-Grill, zusätzliche Mahlzeiten im Freien Platz für 8 und Treppe in den großen Hinterhof Rasen mit 65 Fuß der Ebene Seeufer bietet. Eine offene Küche ist gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet ist, um eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Natur bieten, sowie die offen bis zum Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Aus der Küche werden Sie die Waschküche mit voller Scheibe zu finden und Trockner sowie ein voll ausgestattetes Bad mit Dusche / Badewanne.

In der Rückseite des Hauses, gibt es vier Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ist geschmackvoll im Landhaus-Dekor. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer bieten ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelbett. Eine große Höhle (das vierte Schlafzimmer) hat ein Etagenbett, die bequem Platz für zwei Kinder (oder Erwachsene) zusammen mit ihren eigenen Fernseher mit Kabel. Darüber hinaus die Höhle hat einen Zwillings ausziehbares Sofa und Doppel-Ausziehcouch. Die Höhle kann vier Personen mit ihren eigenen Bett zu schlafen. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch eine Couch, die in ein Doppelbett für zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit für Gäste umwandelt. Die Rückseite Bad verfügt über ein separates Doppel-Waschbecken und eine Dusche.

had 2 wonderful days

Wir sind zwei Familien aus Deutschland. Auf unserem Trip durch New York und Pennsylvania machten wir für 2 Nächte in diesem sehr netten Haus am See Pause. Grillen, Lagerfeuer, Tretboot- und Kajakfahren - alles da, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Besonders angenehm: das Spielzimmer mit Billiardtisch für unsere Teenies, die so den Regennachmittag wunderbar überbrücken konnten. We are two families from Germany. On our trip through New York State and Pennsylvanie we took a two day break in this wonderful lake house. Bar-B-Q, campfire, paddleboat and kayak - everything a family on holidays wishes for. Especially nice: the gameroom with pool table, which made our stay high quality for our teenagers although it was raining on one of the afternoons.

awesome time at great location

The house was very well equipped with Kitchen fully stocked. Very spacious eating area. Very clean for a lake house, well maintained. Enjoyed the firepit right by the lake every night. To have the private dock available was a nice perk as well as the paddle boat and kayaks that were available to us.

Relaxing

Perfect location for friends & family to reconnect with nature & enjoy the natural beautiful surroundings, including the Bald Eagle we saw several times a day out on the water. We would highly recommend this rental, this house feels like home to us, this was our 3rd year in a row staying here, the fishing is great Too !!!!!!

Great place if you have a boat.

Family of 10 rented the house and brought a boat. We spent lots of time fishing, tubing and waterskiing. Lake had algae issue but was good in the center. Not a lot of restaurants but we had planned to eat in. Double refrigerator was great. Everything fit very well. Beds were comfy. Owner had left basic supplies for use, seasonings etc and had lots of pots and pans for cooking. Yard was good size and we were able to play can jam and other yard games.

Family week on the lake

Our third year at David’s lake house and each year brings new memories. The only downside and there was nothing David could do about it, but ALOT of algae that did not allow for any water sports which disappointed the kids. Love the lake itself because it’s shallow overall making for better fishing.

Comfortable house but poor communications

After reading the positive reviews of David’s house, we (four sisters) were surprised to have a very different experience. Yes, the house was very comfortable. We had an outdoor fire the two non-rainy nights and enjoyed having plenty of firewood. The kitchen and living areas had everything we needed to prepare a few simple meals and enjoy each other’s company in the evenings after our day of exploring. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The bedroom situation is a little misleading as the room with bunk beds also houses the washer and dryer and therefore has no closet. The other three bedrooms had two closets each but only one of those six closets was usable. The other five were either locked, full of clothes or full of life vests. There were plenty of throws for the colder-natured of us and the bathrooms were well-stocked with towels. However, our communication with David was less than satisfactory. Emails about check-in and house rules were difficult to read (the information was a cut-and-paste from something else that displayed in 4-point font and did not text wrap!) and contradicted the written material in the house rules book. We were never able to successfully connect to the wifi, and when we reached out to David via phone, text and email, he replied to our first communication with an alternative modem and password that also didn’t work, plus almost insulting instructions (you have to open a browser – yes, we know that), but never replied

Family wedding trip

We attended a family wedding at Bristol Mtn and stayed at this VRBO. It was a great place for our family to be together. Great location, well stocked with dishes, towels etc and plenty of space. The weather wasn’t good so we were unable to hang out by the lakeside which was unfortunate as it is lovely. The owner is quite responsive to questions. Thanks for a nice accommodation!

Exactly What I Wanted!

My son and I have been planning on a fishing trip for his 10th birthday for a few months.Honeoye lake is picturesque and beautiful part of the Finger Lakes region. I sincerely could not ask for a more delightful house to be the centerpiece of our stay. The house was huge and very clean and inviting. The host provided everything I could ask for in the way of amenities. Grocery store within 10 minutes away. Most of all my son felt safe and secure. A true cozy home away from home. We rented a boat Saturday right down the road and fished and had a great time. But not as great of a time we had fishing right off the dock! More fish! BIGGER fish! Cleaned and cooked them and ate dinner by the campfire. If there were 1 part of the stay I did not enjoy I would say so! Perhaps leaving was a challenge. I had a great time with my boy that we will both remember forever and I could not ask for a nicer place. Thank you!

Finger Lake Family Fun

This property is a great location for exploring the Finger Lakes and surrounding areas. There are plenty of beautiful wineries and gorgeous landscape to take in on your drives around the lake. The property was a central hub for a mini- family reunion to attend my son's wedding. The kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated and the kitchen was very spacious for cooking and well stocked with pans, plates and utensils for a crowd. All the appliances were new and easy to use. We enjoyed many meals together at the big table off the kitchen. Overall the property was well stocked for the guest in mind. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom and more blankets were in the closet. Overall this is a great comfortable property to enjoy family and relax. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we did!

Week at the lake

This was our family vacation with our 3 sons and their wives and 4 little grandchildren. We had a great time and the yard to the lake was so large with plenty of space for the kids to run and not be near the water. The lounge chairs and hammock were so relaxing by the water. Great family get away.

Beautiful home

We were in the area for a wedding. This house was perfect for 2 families of four. The kitchen was gorgeous. Property is very close to the boat launch. We would definitely stay again when we were able to spend more time on the lake.

Great week of fishing on Honeoye

We had a great week of fishing on Honeoye Lake thanks to the perfect rental home right on the lake. It was so convenient to have the boat and kayaks right there at the house, and speaking of the house, it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! The host was also super friendly and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody. Thanks again for the great week!

Wonderful stay

We booked David’s lake house for a long weekend. It is directly on the lake with a lovely deck, a chairs at the shore line. The house is very large, plenty of room for a large family or friends. Everything was immaculate. The house and furnishings are very comfortable and welcoming. The area is quiet, which we loved. Restaurants and stores are about 6 miles away - no problem getting to them. David responded to my emails quickly, and was a very good host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Fall foliage

After four hard days hiking around Niagara Falls in Canada, we were very grateful for the peace and quiet This home provided. The pool table was an added bonus as it rained all day on our second day there. Love the outdoor spaces and especially the fire pit. It was also very nice to not have to buy wood. We were very lucky to be there when the leaves and the trees were beautiful. I would recommend this home for many different groups. We were two couples and it was perfect for us but I could see our grand children loving it in the summer.

Perfect For All Four Seasons

Spring and Fall are perfect for wine tours. The wineries in Naples make this home a good starting point. Other Finger Lakes wineries are easily accessible from this location. The Canandaigua Wine Trail and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail offer tastings all year.

Summer on Honeoye Lake can be enjoyed relaxing on the lawn, dock, patios and deck of this home. Make an evening camp fire on the shore with firewood that you can use. Trident Marine (tridentmarine . com) is located north of the home right on the lake, making it easy to rent a boat for the week or a day. The southern end of this lake offers beautiful areas to canoe or kayak through, and bird watchers will find all sorts of wonders in this area. The lake offers endless swimming opportunities. You can swim off of the dock or visit the north end of the lake at Sandy Bottom Beach (a public access park with a volley ball court) .

Roseland Waterpark is the largest Waterpark (roselandwaterpark . com) in the Finger Lakes Region with 56 acres of aquatic adventure for the entire family is about a 20 minute drive. Sparkling heated water, certified lifeguards, free parking, rental lockers, concessions and plenty of deck space for relaxing make this the hottest spot to get cool during the summer months.

Winter is perfect for skating, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and ice fishing can be done in the back yard. Alpine skiing and snowboarding at Bristol Mt. is just a 20 minute drive. Also, Hunt Hollow Ski Club is 10 minutes from the house. The winter festivals are for family fun-just because the snow is flying, don't think there's nothing to do in the Finger Lakes. Experience ice sculptures by Mother Nature as waterfalls take beautiful new shapes. Awake to ice coated trees reflecting the rising sun and a frozen lake for ice fishing. Enjoy the less hurried pace, sample New York wines, enjoy the beautiful house and get to know the wonderful Finger Lakes in the winter.

The level lawn leading to the water’s edge also provides a lakeside fire pit, outdoor wooden patio furniture that seats seven people by a cozy campfire, along with a lakeside picnic table. The shoreline offers a westward facing view for plenty of sun in the afternoon and a beautiful sunset in the evening. Landscaping provides beautiful shrubs and plants to enhance the view throughout the year. The back yard has a level lawn, which is perfect for family games of tag or catch. Bring your family out on the dock for spectacular views of the lake and rolling hills. The dock offers an “L” shaped extension on the end for easy boat mooring and two person bench and a picnic table to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. For an optional additional fee, you can keep your boat under the canopy in the hoist and/or rent our Jet Ski for your family to use on their vacation. Also, the cottage has two kayaks and a paddle boat you can use to get out on the water. Life vests of all sizes are available to use in the front closet.


Honeoye Lake House is located between the towns of Honeoye and Naples, making it a great vacation rental choice in any season. Cummings Nature Center and Harriet Hollister State Park offer fantastic hiking for outdoor enthusiasts. Spring and Fall are perfect for wine tours. The two wineries in Naples make this home a good starting point. Other Finger Lakes wineries are easily accessible from this location. The Canandaigua Wine Trail and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail offer tastings all year.
