This delightful two-bedroom space offers a serene and private escape. The apartment features one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two queen beds, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. Though the floors may be a bit chilly (house shoes are recommended), the gas fireplace ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a large television for streaming your favorite shows, as well as board games in the living room, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the space. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
Please know that this is an apartment within the home, not the entire home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: There is a blinking doorbell outside the front entrance of every unit and inside areas where guests are not permitted, such as the owner's space or unit. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any unit rented by guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
