Unser wunderschönes Stadthaus in Colorado ist komplett ausgestattet, damit Sie im Winter und Sommer viel Spaß haben! Es wird nicht viel besser sein, hier für Ihren Kurzurlaub zu bleiben. Es ist schön, bequem und bequem.

Die Hauptebene verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit hohen Decken, Holzböden, Kamin, geräumiger Küche, rundem Esstisch aus Glas und großem Barbereich aus Granit für unterhaltsame und ungezwungene Snacks. Wäscherei, Gästetoilette und Hauptschlafzimmer befinden sich ebenfalls auf der Hauptebene. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Bad verfügen über einen Waschtisch, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen Ankleidebereich. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich ein Büro- / Schreibtisch-Loft sowie 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Untere Ebene Aufenthaltsraum für TV, Spiele und zusätzlichen Schlafbereich.

Nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt befinden sich der Außenpool und der Whirlpool. Darüber hinaus stehen den Gästen im Homestead Fitness Club / Gym ein Fitnesscenter, ein Innenpool, Tennisplätze im Innen- und Außenbereich, Racquetballplätze, Cardio-Geräte, Gewichte, Pilates- und Fitnesskurse zur Verfügung.

Unsere Lage ist nur 2 Blocks vom einzigartigen Riverwalk-Komplex entfernt, der sich am malerischen Eagle River befindet. Hier können Sie in einem der Dutzend Restaurants essen, Lebensmittel kaufen, einkaufen oder ins Kino gehen. Sommer wie Winter geöffnete Wanderwege entlang des Eagle River laden zum Spazierengehen oder Radfahren ein und befinden sich neben dem Riverwalk.

Für Sommer- und Wintersportler sind wir nur 5 Minuten von Arrowhead, 10 Minuten von Beaver Creek und etwa 15 Minuten von Vail entfernt. Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Buslinie zu all diesen beliebten Ski- / Einkaufszielen entfernt. Wenn Sie direkt zum Flughafen Eagle (EGE) fliegen, sind wir nur 20 Autominuten entfernt.

Great place

This is a great place to stay. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The downstairs "playroom" as we called it was great for the kids. Also, having a garage that could hold our large SUV was a great bonus, especially when it snowed. My only complaint was the lack of lighting in the bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms had only lamps, no overhead lighting. And in one upstairs bedroom, there was only 1 small lamp. This made the bedrooms quite difficult to see during the evening time. Other than that, this place is great and we will stay here again for sure. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful Townhouse in Edwards

This was a great townhouse that had plenty of room for my family and my friend's family. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The extra game room on the first floor was perfect for the kids to play while the adults hung out on the main floor. It was a quick drive to skiing at Beaver Creek. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great base camp

Skiied Beaver Creek and Vail in January and loved the location for proximity to both locations, the Eagle/ Vail airport and Glenwood Hot Springs. The condo has plenty of space for the family and the amenities were spot on. Strongly recommended.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our family of five including a three-year-old and an eight-year-old. Roomie and safe, comfortable and family friendly. The house is lovely, but nothing is so precious that you had to worry about the children destroying it we even cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner for seven with ample space for dining and all of the kitchen equipment that was needed. The house has beautiful Mountain views that during our stay were covered with snow. The kids sledded in the backyard and played on the playground across the street. You are minutes from downtown Edwards and 15 minutes from Vail.

Great for a friends trip!

We had a great time, great location, everything was as expected, and instructions were all very clear. The property owner also proactively reached out to us on our arrival day to greet us and wish us well on our travel given the severe weather conditions in Denver. We'd stay here again!

Very Comfortable Condo

We've been staying in the Edwards area for many years on annual ski trips, and this condo was one of the best. Easy to get to, heated garage for 2 vehicles, clean comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, good sized laundry machines, plenty of bathrooms, warm gas fireplace, etc. It snowed 2 feet while we were there, and the neighborhood association even plowed and cleared the garage entrance so we could get out and hit the slopes early. We would stay here again.

The perfect ski basecamp

This was our first year staying at this property and I hope it's not our last. This well-equipped property had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in the mountains. We especially loved the ability to park in the garage! It made loading/unloading from our daily ski trips very easy. The rental features we also loved include the fireplace in the main living room and the game room in the basement. It was a quick drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail resorts and there are plenty of great restaurants to enjoy in Edwards. This is our fourth year spending Presidents Day weekend in the area, and this was our best year, in part due to this rental. See you next year!

Great Value, Great Location

The condo was clean and well laid out with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We enjoyed using the hot tub located just a few steps across the parking lot. We were in need of more wash cloths and the host had the cleaning person run some over in no time at all. Great location to ski Vail and Beaver Creek. The heated garage was great for skis and equipment. One suggestion would be to have a pull out couch in the basement area rather than the main living room.

Wonderful find in Edwards

We’ve stayed in multiple properties in Edwards over the past 3 years and this was our favorite. The space fit our family (parents + 3 kids) perfectly. Everyone had a space to call their own and the common spaces were great for family game and movie nights. Kitchen was well stocked but not over stocked. Beds were comfy and pillows and extra blankets were available if needed. It was great having access to the Homestead Center and the outdoor hot tub on property. The property managers were incredibly responsive to our needs. Really great all around!

Comfortable and clean

This property was exactly what we needed for our family ski trip. We shared this fabulous place with our son and his family. It suited our needs perfectly. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy each other with comfortable beds and cozy furniture to relax after long days on the slopes. Beautiful views and a well equipped kitchen. Toys, games and sleds for the grandkids with a separate playroom. Would definitely stay again!

Vail Ski Week

The property was excellent, it worked perfect for my group. It is very clean, up to date, comfortable and easily accessible to Edwards, Vail and Beaver Creek. And the hot tub with pool house is very convenient and enjoyable. I/we hope to stay there again.

Wonderful place!

This place is so spacious and well laid out. It seems so much larger than the listed square feet. We had 3 adults and 2 kids (12 & 14) and had more than enough room. We loved having the 3 1/2 bathrooms! The townhome area is so quiet and even the townhome has thick walls so we didn’t bother each other. All the beds were comfortable and the place really had everything we needed - even laundry detergent and dryer sheets! The heated garage was a huge bonus and spoiled us for other places! We used the lower level game room for family movie nights, but it also had a huge selection of games and puzzles. We happened to bring our own games because we love to play cards and board games, but we were very impressed with the large selection that was there. Just outside the game room is a great open area for kids to play. Our girls played in the snow, built a snowman, and used the provided sleds to sled down the hill that is right behind the townhouse. So fun! The location was convenient for several great restaurants. We drove to them but several were within a 10-15 minute walk. There is a nice grocery store nearby, but it was a little on the expensive side, so we made the quick trip to the Avon Walmart and got what we needed for less. We cooked breakfast at the townhouse most days and had all the cooking needs right there which even included cooking spray,, foil, and parchment paper. We skied 5 terrific days at Beaver Creek which was a short drive away. We also drove over to Vail to check it out, and it was also a quick trip from the townhouse. In sum, we loved staying at this place and would absolutely stay again!
