In town for Thanksgiving

We were so happy with this property & location! Soo much nicer then staying in a hotel, very clean & spacious. I was able to cook corn casserole, mashed potatoes & brownies to take to my sisters for Thanksgiving, also great area to go for a run right out the door. The complex was quiet we had zero issues. The owners were very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay again thank you!

Bedding upgrade

Only comment we can make is regarding the bed, any movement creates loud disturbing noises? We believe an upgrade would make for a better nights sleep. Overall, the apartment is as advertised and very nice.

Looking at this site? This rental is as nice as the photos.

Interior decorator presence, really nice, well laid out floor plan. 1-2 people could live comfortable long term here. Pool & Gym on property. Interacted with Franklin the owner he is very attentive and professional. Would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful apartment!

This apartment is as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures! Maybe even better! It was immaculate and very spacious yet also cozy! Franklin was great and very prompt in responding! I will definitely stay here again!

Great apartment in League City

The owner was great to deal with- Promptly replied to all my questions and had everything ready. Everything in the apartment was up to date and nicely decorated. Great location , near Kemah and many restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will consider renting again.

Great condo

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. First time was last year for 3 weeks. This time I stayed for 12 days. Much better then staying in a hotel for long periods of time. Nice to have a kitchen to cook in and washer and dryer to do laundry. The owner Franklin is a very nice man and is there to help you if there are any problems. Next long visit to League City I will be staying in this condo!!!!

Very clean and comfortable and lovely owners

The place was extremely comfortable, clean and easy to cozy right in. It was wonderful to have access to a kitchen and washer/dryer while being there a week. I had the pleasure of communicating over the phone with the owner, Franklin, and he was so welcoming and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back in the future when we need to be in Houston. This is extremely nit picky, however since I know the owner wants to have impeccable customer service and asked for feedback, I would recommend having access to cleaning products and dishwasher and washing machine soap rather than having to buy. There is a Target right down the street and it was very easy to purchase and bring back home the excess with us, but it may be more difficult for those who fly in and out. In addition, a majority of the cable channels did not work. It may be worth charging a few extra dollars a day for these minor additions to fit this beautiful apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay and your kindness!!!! We absolutely would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful

We stayed for a week while my son went to NASA camp. Great location and close to everything one would need or want. Clean, safe and quiet. Owner was very responsive and made sure we knew all the details. Apartment had all accommodations. Very comfortable stay and beats a hotel. Will definitely be back! Thank you

Beautiful apartment!

Stayed here for two weeks in May and had a great time. The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very clean, very bright and very well decorated. Great spot. We picked league City to be just outside Houston yet close enough to the Galveston beaches. Worked out great and found that League City had lovely attractions of its own all very close to the apartment. The owners were great and extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. The gym and pool were nice as well..

Beautiful Apartment

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful property. It was just as it was presented. The complex is very nice as is the part of town it is located. The owners were very accommodating in every way. My only "complaint" is that the cable was limited with channels.

Amazing And Responsive VRBO owners! Property great

We stayed in this property for a month before our house was ready, as we were moving to Texas. Franklin and Rosa were on top of things and very responsive and kind! We mainly delbt with Franklin though, he's great and very kind. The condo was clean, furnished and even though it was a one bedroom we were able to fit four people in their comfortably. Trash valet was great and we felt safe the entire time. It's close to great food, entertainment and grocery stores. The only complaint is that there were people that would smoke in the pool and around and not worry about kids. Someone parked in our assigned spot, but we got that worked out. We recommend this property and plan on having family stay there when they come to town if available!

Great Place to relax.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was everything we hoped for and more. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and very upscale in the amenities. My wife especially enjoyed having an in-unit washer and dryer. The internet description was very accurate and the weekly cost was reasonable and less than many hotels in the area. the unit was close to many attractions and good restaurants. We plan to rent a unit the next time we are in the area visiting our daughter and her family.

very nice condo

The condo was very nice and SUPER clean!! It was actually cheaper than staying at a hotel in that area. The wifi was great, never had a problem!! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there is NO elevator!! So we had to get our suit cases up the stairs!!

Great Place to Stay

Thank you Franklin Tarazona for all you've done to facilitate our stay at your beautiful condo. It was as shown in the pictures. It was a perfect size and had basically all that we needed. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because there are 18 stairs to climb to get to the unit. This might be difficult for an elderly couple lugging heavy suitcases. I knew that when I rented it so it was not a surprise. The bed was very comfortable although it is higher than we're use to. The place was clean and well maintained. We stayed a week. It was a home away from home. The internet worked great. The location was great, being in League City, conveniently situated between Houston and Galveston. It is close to Houston Space Centre and Kemah Boardwalk, both great places to visit. There is a very large grocery store named Randalls on the same street side, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it to others. Your friends in Canada Gil and Lorraine

Beautiful Apartment and Excellent Host

This is a wonderful apartment. It has wonderful features, is very well furnished, and was immaculately clean. The bed is a great improvement over the last two hotels we stayed in and the facility’s swimming pool and fitness center were a welcome improvement over the standard hotel facilities. The apartment owner/manager is outstanding. He is very responsive and handled our special requests quickly and efficiently. The location was also excellent as it is within walking distance of an excellent grocery store, several restaurants and plenty of spaces for walking/running.

Great Texas Vacation!

I visited Texas with a friend to explore Houston and the general area as tourists and possible future residents - the condo and the surrounding area is beautiful! There is a balcony looking over palm trees that we enjoyed. Inside there were granite counter tops, glass sinks, and a cozy bed, each room furnished appropriately! Beyond the apartment were two pools, one with a hot tub and fountains, as well as a volley ball area. Within walking distance is a grocery store and several restaurants, Chinese, Italian, Ice cream parlor, and way more. Within a half hour to forty-five minutes in any direction i could reach Houston, Kemah boardwalk (fabulous area!), local historical sites for League City, and NASA. [Also, for anyone interested in NASA, look up their 'Level 9' Tours ] The people are friendly and the gated entrance adds to the feeling of security in a location that already is very safe. There are malls, shopping areas, and a host of other interests in this thriving area, where there is visible construction of yet more businesses. It's always excellent to see prosperity when you're on a vacation. I will definitely reinvest in this property when i come back to texas in the next year or so!
