Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, bezugsfertig. Neues Sofa mit Sessel, Esstisch und Theke. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben an der Wand montierte Flachbildfernseher und die Kinder lieben die eingebauten Etagenbetten. Condo-Komplex verfügt über 2 Pools, Whirlpool und Grillplatz. Zentrale Luft mit Ventilatoren in allen Zimmern, voll ausgestattete Küche und befindet sich im ersten Stock mit leichtem Ein- und Aussteigen mit Gepäck und Lebensmitteln. Der Strand ist 75 Schritte entfernt und wird nur von Apartmentgästen privat genutzt. Keine Sorge, den Strand mit zu vielen Menschen zu teilen. 2 Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm sind in der Wohnung für Ihren Genuss gespeichert. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Strandtücher und Badesachen mit. Wireless Internet, Kabel-TV und große zelluläre Empfang sind nur einige der Annehmlichkeiten, in unserer Wohnung. Die Silver Sands Outlet Mall erreichen Sie nach 3,2 km und Pompano Joe's on the Gulf ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bietet lebhafte Abendessen mit Meeresfrüchten. Der Check-in Zeit ist 04.00 Uhr und der Check-out ist 10.00 Uhr. Sie müssen am Abreisetag bis spätestens 10:00 Uhr aufgrund unserer Reinigungskräfte für unseren nächsten Gast unterwegs sein. Perfect for Beach Vacations

The condo is perfect! It is clean, well equipped and the interior is beautiful. The absolutely best thing is the location! Only a few steps from the best beach we ever had in the USA! White Sands and cristal clear blue/green water! Also the communication with the rental owner Fran was very fast and good. I can recommend this condo to everybody. We loved it and we come definetely back! Thanks a lot to Fran for this nice holidays!

Best condo in Miramar

The condo is perfect! Very very clean and has restaurants within walking distances. Beach is 75 steps from front door. Fran is the best. We will never stay anywhere else!

We absolutely loved staying at Fran’s place!! Fran was also a fantastic and thoughtful host. We stayed for our honeymoon and in the fridge Fran left a card, two Destin wine glasses that we could keep, and two bottles of champagne. Very proactive with giving information and responsive to my questions. The unit was beautiful, cozy, and clean. The beach was just steps away which was perfect. So much to do around both easily by walking or driving. Bonus that there were nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the unit for us to use. 10/10 recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 3! We could not have chosen a better place. The beach access is so close and eating places are within walking distance. It is the best condo in Destin. It is perfect. Its very clean and makes you feel like you are at home. Mrs. Fran and Bruce are the best. They communicate with you from the time you book until your trip is over. We will never stay anywhere else. It is for sure our home away from home. They are the best!

Absolutely Perfect

Fran was incredible and the condo exceeded our expectations! We hadn't even left yet and my husband already asked me to reach out about next year. The condo was in the perfect location and provided a nice private beach access that remained a lot less crowded than other beach areas. It was all honestly perfect for our family. Laundry is nearby and the pools were perfect as well (although we mostly just enjoyed the beach). We will 100% be back and will book with Fran again!

Best condo in Miramar Beach

This is by far the best place to stay in Miramar Beach. It's super clean, just the right size, and perfect location. The beach is across the street and u can see it from the porch. The owners are the best! They communicate quickly and are super sweet people. They make you feel like family and it's our home away from home.

Excellent owners, great apartment and beautiful private beach

First of all let me just say that the vrbo host Fran is super nice . We were supposed to check in on a Tuesday and she emailed us and told us the apartment was clean and available on Monday and offered it to us a day earlier (complementary). The apartment was super clean, kitchen well stocked and the location is right across a private beach that was never really crowded in that section. We used their very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. We cooked some meals in and walked over to crab shack some nights. We had the utmost relaxing and wonderful time and for sure will be back !

Best place to stay in miramar

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo was very clean and was just like it was suppose to be. The Location is perfect. It's within walking distance to 3 restaurants. The beach is across the street and you can see the beach from the living room. We felt like we were at home. We will be back next yeat.

Stay was amazing!

Best condo in Destin

Would gladly rent this condo again. Highly recommend for cleanliness, great communication with owner, proximity to private beach, Gulf View amenities (2 pools, grilling stations). My family had a great stay with plenty of room for 4 of us in this condo.

Great Location!

property was conveniently located across the street from the beach access gate. Room was nice. Comfortable furniture tastefully decorated. I was surprised the bed was a full size as opposed to a queen but my husband and I had plenty of room. Laundry facility is located on site but not in the room. The bunks in the hallway are spacious and comfortable. The silverware was a little grimy with food as was the Keureg. I loved that the umbrella and chairs were available for use since we flew we could not bring our own. Nice property overall!

Wonderful condo, great location

We had a blast here! The location you can’t beat. Literally so close to the beach. Wonderful price, clean & we loved being on the first floor. Pools were great. The staff that is here cleaning everyday was truly welcoming and we would come back bc of their hospitality. Fran was so great to deal with. We do t want to leave, but know where we will stay when we come back. I would suggest bring a blanket if you get cold like me bc the ac works so good!

Awesome Experience

My husband and I had an awesome experience. We brought our recumbent bikes on a small trailer with us. We were told by a groundskeeper that it couldn't stay. Francis and Bruce immediately came and took us to their home! They kept our trailer for the entire trip. I've never had such an awesome experience! Thank you more than I can say.

Will definitely stay here again!!!

This condo is on the corner of the first floor, which makes EVERYTHING so much easier! Especially, with young children and having to haul everything to and from the beach. Let's not kid ourselves, that's a workout in itself 😂 I couldn't imagine walking two or three flights of stairs, multiple times a day🙁 Also, it allowed us to sit outside every night and chat with people coming and going. We would not be able to do that if we stayed higher or in a different location. Since we were abel to speak to so many people, I figured I should put emphasis on how friendly everyone is😊 It didn't matter if people were from there or not bc the friendliness is so contagious, it makes it impossible to walk around in a sour mood 😊 Not that I cook😂 but the kitchen was fully stocked, per my mother-in-law. She was highly impressed with everything the kitchen had to offer. The kid's LOVED the bunk beds and all mattresses throughout the house were very comfortable😊 Everyone of us felt sad when it came time to part ways. However, we now have so many beautiful memories to hold onto. Memories of us all being together as a family. Memories that will last a lifetime for not only ourselves but for our children as well ❤ It's safe to say we will definitely be back! Thank you, Fran for making this such a wonderful experience 😘

My husband and I are both retired. He retired from our great Army after 20-plus years of service and I finished a career with the federal government in 2006. Destin, Florida is our favorite place on earth and we bought this condo in hopes of sharing our joy with others. Enjoy!

Our condo is convenient to all of the restaurants; bargain-shopping outlets and the beach that we decided to buy this condo for rental purposes so our special guests can enjoy the pleasures of Destin, Florida.

The unique benefits of our property are that we are on the first floor (a corner unit) - no stairs! Also, we are mere steps from the beach. Our unit is tastefully decorated and close to all of the fun that Destin has to offer! Cancellations must be done not later than 30 days of arrival date.
