Experience the charm of this spacious, mid-century modern three-bedroom apartment, situated on the second floor of a charming two-unit home. Recently renovated for optimal comfort and style, this inviting space blends classic design with modern updates to offer you a truly exceptional living experience.

Located in a peaceful and safe suburban community, residents enjoy walking access to local amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.) Buffalo Airport and Niagara Falls are a short drive away. Scroll all the way down to see more information on dining, shopping, grocery stores, and things to do.
**The Space:**
The apartment is neat, functional, and spacious featuring recent updates to the kitchen, newly installed carpets, and freshly painted walls for a clean and relaxed experience.
Bedrooms:
● Primary - The first bedroom offers two queen-sized beds, a nightstand, a 55-inch Smart TV, a closet, and a Google Nest Hub which can be used to adjust the temperature, play music/videos, or ask questions to Google from the comfort of your room.
● Secondary - The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a nightstand, a smart TV, and a closet.
● Third - The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a nightstand, a closet, and a desk with access to a monitor. This room can also function as an office.
Kitchen:
Here you will find kitchen essentials such as a fridge, a microwave, an electric stove and oven, a double-sink, cleaning essentials, utensils, cutlery, dishware, drinkware, toasters, a kettle, and a coffee station offering a wide range of beverages and more. Includes a breakfast nook with two barstools and a cabinet filled with board games for all ages.
Living Room:
The spacious living room includes a dining table, comfortable seating for six (plus two), and a 75-inch 4K smart TV with Roku. You will have access to Netflix, Hulu, and other apps and can use your personal login information to stream your favorites. A stereo system is available for the TV and any Bluetooth device.
Additional Sleeping Options:
We offer one extra queen mattress (free but must be requested in advance), one extra twin mattress (in unit’s closet), and one full-sized air mattress (also in unit) to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Linens, sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows are provided.
Comfort & Convenience:
Central air and heat flow throughout the space, controlled by the main thermostat in the living room and the Google Nest Hub located in the primary bedroom.
Laundry access is available upon request in the basement with essentials provided.
Backyard:
Guests can enjoy the fully fenced, spacious backyard, which includes comfortable patio furniture (not available in winter), a patio swing, a fire pit, and a natural gas grill. There is a storage bin filled with sports equipment for your use. Additionally, the backyard offers plenty of open space and greenery for pets, children, and adults alike.
Parking:
There are two driveway parking spots available, along with plenty of free street parking (note: overnight street parking is not permitted during snow). One side of the driveway is reserved for hosts.
