The neighborhood is well-connected and offers various options for getting around. Walking and cycling are also great options for getting around in this area as it has sidewalks and bike lanes.

- FOB: Please leave the fob on the table before checking out or a $100 fine per fob will be applied.
- NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Cigarette filters are not to be thrown off the balcony. You'll be charged a $250 fee if any evidence of smoking is found.
- NO PETS: Pets are not permitted in the rental unit.
- NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES: All disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size. Please be quiet after 10 PM.
- FURNITURE: Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
- BATHROOM USE: Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
- WINDOW USE: Please don’t open any windows to prevent mold from forming and to keep insects out. If windows are left open and the AC is on at the same time the guest may be charged for a violation of up to $500. Please keep the AC thermostat between 72 and 83F.
- GARBAGE: Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Trash is to be properly disposed of. You must not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not to be left unattended in front of doors or in stairwells.
- FOOD DELIVERIES: Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or will be sent up to the unit. Name for delivery must be the same name as the one on the reservation.
- DRESS CODE: Dress Code – All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts.
- FIRE SAFETY: No gas, charcoal or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.
