HomesGetaway Offer Sea View Studio Apartment in Palm Views East. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on, on the Palm Jumeirah. With sandy beaches and lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport, the apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The Nakheel Mall is opposite this apartment which is very handy.

Our space is located at Palm Views East, Palm Jumeirah, It can occupied 2 person, apartment is on 2nd floor with free pool and gym that guest can enjoy. Access to beach and pools nearby (via hotels and beach clubs subject to additional charges), 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach. Public transport (Palm Metro) 5min walk away. (Located in Mall opposite), this apartment is just opposite side of Nakheel Mall, Free WI-FI

Our cozy studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor so those scared of heights need not to worry. The apartment itself has a spacious sitting room complete with a smart TV that has satellite.

There are amazing Burj Al Arab and sea views from the apartment, which all help with the great vibe.
The kitchen is fully equipped, we've designed it to offer all the creature comforts.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort.

There is also a licensed spots bar, licensed café/eatery called Ella's and sushi restaurant located on the ground floor along with a chemist and dry cleaners, all within your building.
Guest access
Beach/pool access:
There are lots of options to use local beaches and all you need to do is eat and/or drink there. We recommend Club Vista Mare (licensed restaurants with a minimum spend to enjoy the beach and pool facilities) or Riva beach club, with pool and beach access.

The hotel 'Dukes' is a mere 3/4 minute walk away and they do offer beach and pool access subject to a small charge which is redeemable on food and drink purchases .
Other things to note
The nearest public transport is the Palm metro which has a stop in the Mall opposite. This then connects you to the rest of the City.

As the apartment is in a family community building, Guests are expected to respect apartment rules which include non smoking in the apartment, If the smell of smoke is detectable in the property, a non-negotiable penalty AED1000 will be charged to fumigate the property, no pets allowed and no parties are allowed.
In order to comply with Dubai Tourism Rules and Regulations, the submission of passports for all guests (including children and infants) must be done prior to their stay at the residence. Refusal to submit a passport or any means of identification will be subject to denial of the guest/s check-in.
The apartment is your home away from your home, so please take care of it as you would your own home, keep the apartment as clean as it is. Leave the property, as you found it upon arrival.
Please use the electricity as you use when you’re home. Don’t let extra lights, ac or water heating be turned on when not in use.
Do not leave for shopping or outing while lights, air condition or water heater is on and running.
Keep all windows and balcony doors closed when not in the property.
Don't throw trash anywhere apart from the bins, and then when they are full, into the trash chute located on your floor.
Don't give the key or access card to anyone who is not a Checked In guest staying in the property. Non-negotiable penalty of AED500 for each lost access card or AED250 key to cover the cost of replacement.
Don't wash any of the linen or towels from the apartment during your stay.
Guests will be provided with one hand towel and one bath towel each.
Additional towels can be requested at extra cost.
Additional housekeeping services are available on request at an additional charge.
