Clean and great neighborhood!
We stayed here for an OSU football game and visiting our daughter at the school. It was a great location for accessing High St and Campus. We enjoy walking and we did use ride services a couple of times at night. It's a little less than a mile to High St and about a mile to mile and half to campus, depending where you are going.
The place is great! 4 bedrooms and very clean. The host is super nice and easy to communicate with. Two parking spaces are available in back plus there seemed to be on street parking in front as well.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms are spacious and share a full bath. One of them does not have a bar in the closet to hang your stuff but I think they are still finishing some details in certain spaces. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and very spacious as well. We didn't need the washer and dryer but it's there for your use in the basement. The second bathroom is on the main level between the kitchen and dining room. It's tiny but it is a full bath.
Great kitchen too especially if you plan to tailgate there. It has everything you need. The ice maker does not work but we just bought a bag of ice. The water is filtered at the sink so it was fine.
The sorority and fraternity houses are nearby so you are in an area that is safe with lots of students but it's not noisy.
Great place and would stay here again:)
