Welcome to the Desert Trail House located in Twenty Nine Palms! This modern and stylish one-story property is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and relaxation in the Mojave Desert.
Close to JTNP where you can explore hiking trails, rock formations, and breathtaking vistas. After a day of adventure, you can retreat to your peaceful and luxurious desert oasis and bask in the serenity of your surroundings.

All Bedrooms have comfortable memory foam beds and spacious closet space.

Indoor:
Inside, you'll find a beautifully designed living room, complete with comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with modern appliances and sleek countertops, perfect for preparing delicious meals and entertaining guests. Kitchen is stocked with a starter pack of ground coffee, Kcups, sugar, salt, pepper, and other seasonings
📝The guest will need to log in using their account. Board games are available.
Outdoor:
Step outside and you'll discover your own private outdoor paradise! The large fenced patio area features plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ grill perfect for enjoying meals under the stars or lounging in the sun with a good book. And when the night falls, gather around the cozy firepit with your loved ones and share stories and laughter under the starry sky.

Guest will have access to the entire property except for the garage.
The property is a single-story house but has a step in the patio and house entrances. Please use caution.

The parking area can fit up to 4 standard size vehicle.
🌵SAFETY
Safety is very important to us. There is a Ring doorbell at the entrance and 4 exterior cameras. There are NO cameras on the interior of the house or facing the inside of the fenced patio
🌵NEIGHBORHOOD
This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood accessible by paved roads. It is located near grocery, shops, and local restaurants.
Downtown Twentynine palms offer vibrant boutiques, shopping & local eats.
🌵HOUSE RULES
Booking with us means you agree to abide by the house rules.
The city of 29 Palms requires all guests to abide by the regulations outlined below. Failure to abide by the house rules will result in additional fees applied.
1. You must be age 25+ to book, and the person who made the reservation must be at the property during the entire stay.
2. Observe Quiet hours (10 pm-8 am). All guests are subject to the local Noise Control Ordinance and can be subject to citation.
2. No smoking of any kind inside the property. Evidence of smoking including odor removal will incur a $250 additional charge. Please be considerate of the neighbors as well.
3. No parties/events. Violating will lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation.
4. Place all Trash in the bins located by the property entrance. The trash collection is Tuesday.
5. Riding Off-road vehicles is restricted and allowed in approved OHV areas
6. We allow one dog for free (no other pets, including cats, sorry!). The second dog will incur an additional $75 and require pre-authorization from the host. Please clean after your pet and keep them off the bed/furniture. The desert offers many prickly plants and has the presence of wild animals; please watch your pets closely. Additional cleaning due to pets incurs an additional $150.
