Its Miramar Beach location places it near everything you need for a memorable vacation—from coastal views to popular restaurants to fun shopping venues. With three beds and three bathrooms, the condo can host up to eight guests.

A sea-inspired ambiance greets you immediately upon stepping through the door. Sand-colored tile floors, coastal décor, and accents of deep blue and teal tones create a laidback setting perfect for a relaxing getaway. Large windows overlook the beach, while a wall of mirrors amplifies the gorgeous scene and accentuates the condo’s spaciousness. A sliding glass door opens onto the Gulf-facing balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs. Inside, the open living area features a nautical-colored blue sleeper sofa and matching love seat set atop a teal rug. Two accent chairs and a white-topped ottoman complete the seating ensemble. The setup faces an extra-large flatscreen TV mounted above a coastal credenza. The adjacent room includes a white-topped table surrounded by five ladder-backed chairs and a velvet-backed bench seat. The colorful kitchen is the perfect place to prepare beach snacks, serve ice-cold drinks, or whip up a delicious vacation feast. The kitchen’s white cabinetry, black countertops, and tiled backsplash contrast beautifully with the turquoise-colored walls. The space is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, a wet bar, and a wood-topped kitchen island with wicker stool seating.

The primary bedroom is bright and welcoming, featuring a king-size bed atop a plush blue rug. It also includes balcony access, a reading chair, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bath with a glass-walled shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a king-size bed, a sunny window, and a TV. The other guest bedroom is charming, with two twin beds and cottage-style furnishings.

Guests at the Mainsail will enjoy lovely amenities to enhance any beach getaway. A large pool pavilion boasts a refreshing swimming pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Surrounded by a sun-soaked deck, lounge chairs, and palm trees, it’s the perfect place to relax under the warm Florida sun. Community BBQ grills are provided, making it easy to serve up tasty poolside meals for your crew. Another sunny pool is located on the north side of the resort. The onsite fitness center includes cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. Other resort amenities include tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball court, an arcade room, and a kid’s playground —all great for vacationing families!

The other main perk of booking a stay at the Mainsail is its close proximity to the beach—it’s literally right on the edge of the sugary shores! A walkway leads directly from the complex to the crystalline beach. Besides the beach, be sure to check out the rest of the surrounding Miramar Beach area. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard are just a few of the nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment venues to explore.
