Coming Spring 2025 - The all NEW Cocktail Pool facing the lake will make watching the sunset even more enjoyable! DECKadent Sunset offers the ultimate outdoor lake life living experience from the large covered upper deck or from the new lower patio leading to your own private beach.

This property offers two living rooms, wet bar with an ice maker, a private beach, yard games, two kayaks, a paddle board, fire pit and two grills (gas and flat top griddle). The lower level makes the perfect space for a family fun game night.

The expansive deck with roof is so close to the water's edge it makes you feel like you can touch the lake. Have your morning coffee on the dock and watch out for Henry the Heron who likes to perch on the dock. You will be on vacation mode the minute you arrive and will be ready for all the fun that the lake and surrounding area has to offer.

The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a very private back yard and boasts over 200 feet of shoreline, dock with ladder and plenty of space for your boat.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations

*** Pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day
