This is an Apartment with its own entrance with no homeowner on-premise to disturb you or your privacy. The property is a large beautiful place with 5 apartments an approximately 3 acres of land 3 minutes from downtown Burnsville. Guest will have access to the entire property of course respecting the other tenants space.
Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

The following essentials will be provided for you to START your stay. We do not provide essential for your entire stay. This is just to start you off: Bed linens and towels, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags
*Dish Pods, Coffee Maker, Coffee, Hand Soaps, Dish Soap
*New Sponge, Also feel free to use any of the spices, sugar, Salt, etc.… that are generally stocked in the fully equipped kitchen.

-TV only works with Internet (no cable TV)
Other things to note
This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the Apartment. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This Apartment is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the Apt. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PETS. due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you bring any kind of Pets inside this property.

DEPARTURE RULES

CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 am. You will be charged another night stay if you haven’t departed the cabin by 11AM unless previously arranged with the property manager.
If you need extra services for cleaning, please make prior arrangements. These are available at extra fee.
Strip the beds of ALL dirty linens and place at the bottom of the bed.
ALL towels, washcloths and kitchen linens should be placed in the bathroom area.
Please wash ALL dirty dishes and leave in the dish drainer (including coffee pot and strainer).
Range – please make sure the range and oven are clean.
Refrigerator – Please remove all food, clean interior and exterior surfaces.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to dispose of trash on containers outside of the property.
Inspect home to make sure you have taken all of your belongings. We are NOT responsible for any items left in the unit.
Lock ALL doors and windows.
ALL keys are to be placed back in the lockbox upon departure.
There will be a charge for each key not returned.
