Welcome to the Marilyn. NO CLEANING FEE. Drop dead gorgeous 3 bedroom steps from downtown Wilmington river walk and all restaurants and bars. Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Keurig and full coffee maker all linens and sheets provided. Just bring clothes!
There is nothing like this in Wilmington. 1 off street and ample free on street parking included! 3 bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King sleep 6. There is also an air mattress that can sleep 2 more for a total of 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.

All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well

Wilmington vacation

Nice property. Almost everything was great. My only complaints are that there was a faint, odd smell when we first got there (I didn't notice it after the first couple hours), some of the lights flickered, and one of the bedside table lamps was unplugged (not a big deal, but there weren't a lot of outlets, and I would have needed to move the bed/bedframe away from the wall to plug it in). I believe the owner would have addressed these issues had I brought them up, but none of them were big enough of a deal to mention during my stay.

Lovely Home in Historic District

House is beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed and in prime location to enjoy the riverfront. Only downside is single bathroom but our group of 5 managed fine. Don’t let that scare you off from this premium rental. We would definitely stay again. Owner is super responsive and accommodating as well.

Perfect house in the heart of Wilmington

Beautiful 3 bedroom home 10 minute walk from downtown Wilmington. Was perfect for our group of 6 including 4 elderly grandparents. Clean, spacious first floor apartment. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

House was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable enough, house was clean, and location was great (easy walk to the river front as well as the wedding venue). Host allowed us to check-in early and was very responsive. Minimal thing to do before check out. We'd stay here if we were to visit Wilmington again

Just superb!

Lovely, clean, big, sunny house. Very nicely refinished, with all updated appliances, but retaining lots of charm. The place was perfect for our daughter's destination Wilmington wedding - we could walk everywhere. The area was very safe, and quiet, despite being so close to the action. We would go there again in a heartbeat.

Memorial Day visit

Beautiful property and a perfect location to explore downtown Williamsburg and nearby beaches. House was beautiful & very clean. We didn’t cook—just doordash but the kitchen looked to have everything one would need. Hosts were always responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommendation this property

Absolutely sexy and sophisticated sexy 3 bedroom in the heart of downtown Wilmington historic district. Mere minutes to the River walk, and all the restaurants and downtown scene

Private off street as well as ample free on street parking as well.
This house combined with the other 3 bedroom is a masterpiece. Can be rented together for a total of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 16 total.
