--The Bedrooms --
Villa Kita 3 is a 2 leveled villa with 2 en-suite bedrooms.
The bedrooms are spacious, neat, and uncluttered. With perfect natural sunlight facing the pool and green yard area, the best view to wake up to. Each room is equipped with a smart TV and AC.
Each bedroom has a bathroom provided with shower essentials and towels, and the bathrooms in the master bedroom is equipped with a stunning natural bathtub.

- Master Bedroom ---> king-sized bed + en-suite bathroom & bathtub + TV (situated on the ground floor)
- Bedroom 2 ---> king-sized bed + en-suite bathroom + TV (situated on the 2nd floor)

--The Open Floor Living--
The open concept living connects the lounge space to the dining room to the kitchen, but in their own specific zones and is exposed to the beautiful outdoor green space.
The kitchen is well-equipped kitchen with essential cooking equipment and dining ware. The lounging space on the terrace is comfy and equipped with a swing. A perfect spot for you to relax and enjoy the leisure day with loved ones. Provided with reliable Wi-Fi and a convenient table making it a work-friendly space

--The Outdoor Space--
The outdoor space is huge and surrounded by tropical trees. Equipped with daybed by the private swimming pool.
This villa is a perfect choice if you’re traveling with friends or family and would love to enjoy a large outdoor space. Jump in the pool, chilling on the daybed while the sun is out

-- Include housekeeping/cleaning service 6x a week
-- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in
-- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.
-- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. In case of any damage occurs please inform the host :)
-- Bringing pets is only allowed with the approval of the host

-- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 4 people. For each additional guest, there will be an extra charge of IDR750,000 per person per night, which includes an extra bed.

-- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
