The lower level offers a second living room, perfect for when you just can’t agree on what to watch. The formal dining area opens to the lower patio complete with a propane grill and outdoor seating. This level also has a queen bedroom (note, there is no door) and a full bathroom.

The third-level lofted area above the kitchen is not included in the rental of the property per the local fire department.
For safety reasons, the lower level bedroom does not have a door between the sleeping area and the living area.
