**Things to note before booking**
- It’s a duplex
-You will have 1-2 parking spaces available to you.
-There is a $50 per person fee for any unauthorized person staying overnight in the unit.

-There is an unauthorized pet fee of $250 up to the immediate termination of this agreement.

-Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit. Smoking will result in a $300 fee up to the immediate termination of this agreement.

-Additional charges will be applied to any damages in the apartment, furniture, and items inside of the apartment.

-Additional charges will be applied for any damaged sheets caused by makeup.

-Additional charges will be applied to lost keys $50
