EXTENDED DESCRIPTION:

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The Master Suite has a King size bed, 50" TV an over sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower. Direct access to the pool.

Bedroom 2: King Bed, 43" SMART TV.

Bedroom 3: (2) Double Beds, 43" SMART TV.

King Air mattress available upon request for additional sleeping in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN:
Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a 5 burner gas range, double ovens, and more…

LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable pull out sofa bed, plenty of seating and a large 77"' Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTSIDE:
The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, couch seating area with a 50"" outdoor TV, a fire pit, gas BBQ & misters to cool down in the hot summer months.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 15 minute bike ride.
- Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes
- Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes

- Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes
- LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.


WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
We have 2 moveable Sonos speakers. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Please be very cognizant of outdoor noise at all times and especially during quiet enjoyment of 10pm-8am.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

Palm Springs Christmas Getaway

We stayed in this beautiful property during Christmas week. We have been coming to PGA West for over 30 years so this was the next best thing to being home for the holidays. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was perfectly appointed. The kitchen was completely stocked with whatever you might need to cook and entertain. There are three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom is very large with an en-suite bathroom and a very good sized walk in closet. The other two bedrooms were very nice with a connecting bathroom which was a bit tough to maneuver with the doors leading in from each bedroom and a separate door that housed the bath/shower and toilet. The living space was completely open with the kitchen, dining and family room areas in one big space. There was a very comfortable sectional couch that was nice for viewing sports and movies or just to hang out. There is an electric fireplace that gives off some heat in the chillier mornings and evenings. The backyard was beautiful with a nice pool and spa as well as a small putting green and outdoor seating area and also a fire pit with four chairs surrounding it. The outdoor space was very private and enclosed. My contact from booking to checkout was Mike who was so quick to respond and answer any questions I had with professionalism and efficiency. It made the entire experience so pleasant.

The place had a lovely backyard and pool and the house inside was sufficient. There was a problem with ants in the family room which was difficult to manage with small children running and crawling around. It would have been nice to at least get a later check out but did not hear back from the manager despite emailing that morning. It also would have been nice to be able to get in to the property before 4:15pm Would recommend a larger coffee Kuerig since making one cup at a time with several people is work. Location was great.

You won’t regret it!!

Property was just as clean and beautiful in person. The check in/out process was smooth and the team was easy to reach & responsive. The kitchen had all the tools needed for whipping up great meals. The little extras were fun - pool floats, putt putt, board games, etc. Pool guy was super nice. Already planning a return trip to watch more amazing sunsets!

Beautiful Home

Overall it was just a wonderful stay! The home had everything you needed to hang out in and outside. We were able to enjoy our remote working with with our infant perfectly and the pool, fireplace and putting green were just perfect to help with relaxing. While you do have to drive a little bit to get to the areas with lots of restaurants you still had options around you or could utilize the kitchen in the house to cook! The only unexpected thing (which wasn't an issue) was the check in with the security on the first day but just knowing you have to be registered with them to get the parking pass. Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our visit and can't wait to return!
