30A Family Beach House in Private Beach Community!

Newly renovated beach house on the gulf side of 30a is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings or a small intimate getaway. Located in the charming gated beachfront community of Old Florida Beach where you are literally steps from some of the most beautiful beaches in South Walton.

We have the best of both worlds - you can watch the sunrise over Draper Lake from the private dock and then you can watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the private beach.

Our home and carriage house are steps to the beach, pool and dock.
The property sleeps up to 16 guests total including the Carriage House.
But don't let the size deter you if you are looking for a small cozy getaway, the layout of the home is just as perfect for as few as 2 people to enjoy as it is for a whole house full. We put much thought and effort in making our home feel like HOME for anyone staying here. It is a place of peace and recharging for us and we hope it is the same for you and your family.

The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and the carriage house has a full kitchenette, washer/dryer, both sleeping, living space and full bath. Outdoor you can enjoy 2 large wrap around porches with plenty of seating area.
Main Floor:
Open concept style living space where the family can gather together comfortably. Full size laundry, Queen bedroom with en-suite full bath.
2nd Floor:
King size master suite with sitting area and double french doors that lead out to the 2nd floor wrap around porch. Large master bath with a double sink, soaking tub and walk in shower.
Kids Room has 2 triple bunk beds offering sleeping space for a least 6 with an en-suite full bath. Sofa and hang out area with 2 TV's perfect for watching TV or playing games. For the little ones a pack-n-play is in this room as well.
Third Floor:
The 4th bedroom has panoramic views of Draper Lake and our neighborhood along with views the Gulf of Mexico peeking over the homes. Queen size bed with a small sofa, the ultimate private niche up on this floor. ** This is where you get those beautiful lake views and a peek at the gulf**
The Main House can sleep up to 12.

The Carriage House: Private porch with peeks of Draper Lake. King size bed, full size sofa, TV, full kitchenette and washer and dryer. Also has a queen air mattress that could be used.
