Resort amenities include a fitness center, 2 gulf front pools (one heated), a tiki bar, with seasonal beach chair services available. This upscale unit includes 2 large bedrooms with king in master bedroom and queen in 2nd bedroom. Master bathroom having a walk-in shower with separate oversized soaking tub, with the other containing a full-sized bathroom with shower/tub combination. There are very few units like this at Calypso, designed to take full advantage of the natural light and endless gulf front views. The wrap around balcony provides the best space for endless panoramic views of the beautiful beach gulf. Bring your binoculars to watch the dolphins, stingrays, and more playing in the gulf and the sunsets are just amazing! Exclusive features include seasonal beach chair services (two beach chairs and an umbrella). You’ll quickly learn the value of having a convenient VIP parking space near the elevator – this is considered gold for the conveniences anytime but especially during the busy season. Please be advised that requesting an additional parking pass within 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation will incur an additional fee of $25.00 (plus the original $50.00 fee to obtain the parking pass). To avoid this charge, we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you require more than one parking pass. The open floor plan boasts a large 65’-inch TV in the living area, plenty of seating in the dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. The king master bedroom has balcony access and a relaxing ensuite bathroom that features a soaking tub/shower combo as well as an additional walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed as well and you'll also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing for sleep accommodations for up to 6 guests.

***Beach Chairs***
This unit includes two chairs and one umbrella setup daily by the professional beach chair services provider (seasonal, provided March through October, specific dates set by services provider).

The resort includes 2 large beachfront pools (East pool seasonally heated), surrounded by a patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. There’s even a tiki bar in season, so you can enjoy a piña colada after your swim. This unit includes two portable beach chairs for your usage which the owners and most guests prefer to use to get really close to the water versus the beach chair vendor setup which are required to be far away from the water's edge.

*Calypso requires a $50 registration fee per vehicle for parking (limit of 2).* This unit provides 1 VIP parking space under the building beside the elevator. An additional car can be parked across the street in the standard Calypso parking deck for an additional $50 fee.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a small fee and obtain daily fishing licenses as well. Fish caught in season include Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle available on site.
