Ski Haven in the City -Spacious and Clean Townhome

A modern oasis in the city. This spacious 2 beds/2.5-bath townhome is equipped with everything you need for your Salt Lake City visit. World Class ski resorts and endless backcountry terrain are just 30-45 minutes away. Hiking and mountain biking are even closer, with trailheads in the foothills only minutes from our home. You'll find plenty to do regardless of the season. For all the foodies out there, there are award-winning restaurants and breweries blocks away from our home.


THE SPACE -

Built in 2020, this 3 stories modern townhouse has a 2-car garage and front door entry on the ground level, the second floor includes a half bath, a full kitchen, and dining/living areas. The third level has 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath, washer, and dryer, and a workspace with a display monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. All the router jacks are live and you can connect your Ethernet cables for an even faster connection.

The garage has a 220V electrical vehicle outlet. Please note we have the outlet but not the charging machine currently. The garage also has a ski rack if needed for your trip!

GUEST ACCESS -

Contactless check-in and check-out with access code.

You have access to the entire townhome. You have your own two-car garage and fenced-in entry area from the West. There is free street parking in front of the complex and on the side if needed too.

Heat tends to rise in the townhome so we recommend keeping the thermostat at a lower level.

This townhome is located in a complex of 10 other townhomes. With them being newly built, they are well insulated and noise doesn't travel easily but from time to time you may hear someone in another unit if they are being very loud. The neighbor's decks are also very close so if someone is outside on the deck you may hear them slightly through the patio door. Again, it is still very well insulated and very quiet just making sure you're aware this is a new complex.



HOUSE RULES -

1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 5 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without a refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless of whether their stay is overnight, so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 5 doesn’t mean that all 5 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fees after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially

3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by VRBO through the house manual or check-in guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the VRBO platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.

4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.

5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by VRBO or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.

6) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.

7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.

8) You agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.

9) PET RULES - We allow (2) dogs! NO Cats allowed. You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, and the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.

Look forward to hosting you and your pet!! The location really is great for pets, especially with the park nearby.

10) We don’t allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.

11) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.

12)There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are at the property without proper authorization from the host. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.



These rules may seem intense, but we are very easygoing when our lovely guests follow the rules and 99% of them do. It's our pleasure to host you!

Great location and host

The host was very responsive and the location is minutes away from many sites in the surrounding Salt Lake City area. The townhouse was very nice and had wonderful amenities (washer, dryer, strong WiFi, office desk area, great kitchen). Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded expectations!

This was one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve stayed in. Neighborhood is super cute with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to major grocery stores. I was pleasantly surprised by how fully stocked both the kitchen and the bathrooms were, and we made full use of them. There is a garage to park in which made us feel extra safe as we were coming and going. The view of the mountains from the balcony was pretty incredible. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Cozy Getaway

Stayed here during my travels to a conference at the nearby university. Was able to get an Uber pickup within minutes each day. For the price, this is such a great rental. Updated appliances, comfortable bedding, great showers, and very spacious main floor. I stayed here alone for the first couple nights and invited 2 friends to join me on the last one. We all had plenty of space to spread out and have our privacy. I loved the main floor with balcony and Mountain View’s, especially in the evenings with dimmer lighting. Easy check in/check out process, communicative, friendly, and supportive hosts. All great things to say and would definitely stay again!

It has started establishing itself as having its own little downtown area with all the nearby restaurants and breweries.

We are located in a complex with about 10 different townhomes, but even in a popular busy area, it's still relatively peaceful inside the townhome.
