Situated right behind the hub of downtown, only steps away to the lake and restaurants. Everything at the lake is walkable from here.

This character home will give you a comfortable, truly unique stay. Its a home from the 40s that has been completely renovated to new. Its the perfect blend of modern with touches of its original rustic flare.

The perfect place for the real lake life experience!

This space is truly unique and will give you the best lake experience! it's comfortable, cozy, and cool ? Everything is just steps away, so you can get anywhere by walking in minutes. We are right behind the most popular lake spot, restaurants / bars, and shops. Have the convenience of popping in and out of your place easily even if you are out all day!

The back yard has a deck, barbeque, and fire pit! Get the joys of being right by the lake, but the comfort of being at home in your own space.

We give our guests space to enjoy the house. We are available for assistance via phone, chat, email.

It's a quiet neighborhood with the best vibe and location! You are in the heart of the action. I love living here because you are close to everything. It's easy to get around and make pit stops at home if your group wants to split up.

You can walk everywhere in minutes. Driving is easy as well. Enjoy parking right by the lake on the driveway (no to pay for parking).

The house is a single floor house with 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

The upstairs loft space is a half story that overlooks the living room on the main floor. It has a king bed for extra sleeping space. The access is via the locking library ladder and through the exposed beams. Note: It has low ceilings and no railings enclosing the space. Not recommended for people with low mobility or children.

This property has a doorbell camera for your safety and security.

Rental Agreement is required to be completed for all reservations.
Only guests included on the reservation are allowed on the property. No outside guests or parties permitted.

Adorable cottage close to beach!

Soooo appreciated it was spotlessly fresh and clean! And free standing air conditioner really did the trick! We were all nice and cool on our first hot evening there! Loved too how amazingly close to beach and restaurants! It was just so adorable! Back yard was lovely also! Had a fun & relaxing evening around the firepit! Oh and the rain shower!! Just fabulous! Loved it!! Can’t say enough good things - will be back next year for sure!! Thank you to amazing host!

Summer Cottage fun!

Close to the beach, clean and did the job perfect for 4 adults Right by shopping and a great place to enjoy family time. No microwave or dishwasher giving more time to bond over doing dishes. Definitely want to come back

Lake Loft

Our stay was great, the portable AC unit and fans worked well to keep the space cool even in mid July. Super close to restaurants/bars and the beach, plenty of space for the four of us. Good spot for a few days at the lake. We would stay again if we are in Sylvan.

Lazy Loft

Wonderful! This beautiful house is very comfortable and cozy with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and Big Moo! There is a well stocked kitchen, laundry machines and super comfortable bed. We appreciated the full size bottles of good quality shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower. The Host is very helpful, a great communicator and very accommodating. We would love to come again when we visit family. Highly recommend.

Charming home, 5 minute stroll to the beach

Manager was really responsive, house was really cute and appointed with lots of care. Lots of room for 3 adults and a 10 year old. Location was perfect for beaching, walks on the lakefront, and endless places to eat and drink. Will definitely be back :)

Great place

Really pleased with everything about our stay. There was 4 adults staying with 1 in the loft and one on the couch and there was just enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Place was clean, nice and stylish inside. Property manager was reasonable and responded quickly when we had a small issue. They took a damage deposit that was returned 2 days after the stay with no issues at all. Of special note they have 2 AC units in the house which was super great having stayed previously in Sylvan lake with out one. Overall very happy with the place and would book again.

Excellent cottage for our stay at Sylvan Lake!!!

This property was perfect for my wife and I. We're empty nesters. Veronica was a gracious host and was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The amenities included were perfect, right down to the extra Keurig coffee pods. The cottage sleeps 6 but, Ideally I think it would be perfect for a couple like us or a young family of four/five. It might get a bit shoulder to shoulder with 6 adults in there. It's also walking(3-5 mins.) distance to Lakeshore Drive and the park and beach. Very convenient!!! Also loved that there is a firepit in the back yard for an evening of hot chocolate and smores if you need it : ). We'll be back next summer for sure!

I love to travel and explore new cultures. Experiencing everything the city and locals has to offer is my favorite thing to do. I am quite blessed that I have been to many different continents, countries, and cities all over the world.

My hobbies include reading, fitness, eating / cooking great foods, and enjoying time with family & friends.

As a guest in your house, I treat it as such. I treat your place as if it were my own place. I prefer staying in a home, over a hotel, because I find it has a more cozy, comfortable vibe rather than just being in a hotel room.

As a host, I treat it as such also. I want you to feel at home at my place, and have a place to call your own for your stay. I ask my guests to treat the place with love and respect, as I would being a guest in someone else's home.

Life for me is about experiences. I think an airbnb can be just that. I enjoy doing new things and going on adventures, so that is why I love travelling so much.
