Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with Dish TV. This unit is directly across the street-700 feet, from the pretty white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are two pools (with restrooms) with full access, as the gulf side has two Wind Drift towers. This condo is a gem and you will love the 4th floor river balcony, with stunning sunsets and river traffic that is fun to watch! The balcony can seat 6 for watching eating and relaxing. There is a pier for fishing and a private sand beach. Other amenities are a grill and newly renovated tennis/pickle ball/shuffleboard court. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a beach wagon for your use.

Auto: Each auto- 2 maximum per unit - will pay a registration fee of $62.50 for each 7 days. Additional days will be extra. Guest will be responsible for direct pay to the gate vendor. A link will be sent to you via email or text 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Any traveler will need to provide a photo id. Be aware that guests are fully responsible for registration and payment to the vendor.

For Boaters-

We have a one of a kind boat parking lot, private launch and 26 new boat slips/ pier. You will have to go to Waves Management in Gulf Shores to check the boat in prior to your arrival. The fee is $60 per day or $370 per week to include a decal. As owners- we have a one time $100 fee to be paid prior to arrival. You MUST register a minimum of 7 days in advance- sooner the better.There are really only a few other places in our area with this unique setup. Best to contact owner after booking.
