790 Western Lake Drive includes access to WaterColor’s private beach, pools and amenities. It is located in the center of WaterColor with easy access to the beach (0.3 mi), Boathouse, Beach Club (0.4 mi), and Camp WaterColor. It is also conveniently located right next to the walking path that brings you to Seaside in less than 5 minutes (0.25 mi). Five bikes are included with the rental. Golf carts can be rented from Electric Cart Company if desired, but definitely not needed due to the perfect location. Free WaterColor trolley available Spring Break-Labor Day with a stop across the street from the property.

The first floor is where all 4 bedrooms are located with their private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large custom headboard. The master bath has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second guest bedroom has a new king bed and private bathroom with dual sinks. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with dual sinks. The 4th bedroom has full size bunk beds and a private bath. There is a screened porch downstairs off of the hallway from the bedrooms.

The second floor includes an open living area flowing to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is complete with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and slate floors. Off of the kitchen there are two dining areas, with a large table that seats 12 and the other which seats 4. The living area has plenty of space for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. The second floor also has 2 large porches.

Parking: The property has 3 on-site parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.

WaterColor amenities: The advertised number of rental guests is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property (10). Access credentials (wristbands) are required for all guests ages 5 years and older. WaterColor charges a nightly amenity fee of $9 per advertised number of rental guests (10) per night in order to use the amenities of the resort. Please note this price is subject to change each January. The price for WaterColor amenity wristbands is included in the quote and provides access to all WaterColor amenities.
