Head to the private dock on a private cove that's perfect for sunning, swimming, kayaking, floating, fishing, and picnicking! Tie up your own boat or a rental from one of the many area providers. Average water depth at the dock is 16 feet.

- Do not leave your pet alone in the house unsupervised unless in a crate
- Guests are responsible for the pet and any damage caused by it
- Pets outside must be on a leash
- No pets allowed on beds or furniture
- No wet pets allowed in the house - rinse & dry your pet outside with your own towels
- Pet hair or pet odor, especially on beds, furniture, or linens, will require additional cleaning fees

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
