Enjoy our house in a peaceful Lake Norman Cove located between downtown Denver and Mooresville, NC. Local traffic in the neighborhood makes for quiet street to walk/exercise. Only 5 minutes from groceries, gas and restaurants by car. A short boat ride to several restaurants on the lake make this a perfect spot for your family / friend vacation. Dock on the water is available for tying up your boat during your visit. We also have a couple of kayaks to enjoy the calm and peaceful canal of Lake Norman. We pride ourselves on keeping a very clear house for our guests.

Peaceful cove on Lake Norman

Quiet residential area with an easy walk down to the shoreline. Easy to find services on NC 16. Fantastic view of the sunrise.

Outstanding place

Spend Thanksgiving weekend with family. The beds were so comfortable my mom wants me to find out the manufacturer and get her the same. Said best sleep she has had in a long time. Nicely decorated throughout the house. We could play downstairs with different board games while adults could converse upstairs. Great communications with the host. Just an overall pleasant experience.

Amazing Stay

Words cannot summarize this property. This place was top notch and the detail was phenomenal! The owners did not leave out a thing. It was so very clean peaceful and serene! We will definitely return to this property. I even left my Kinlde and they are mailing it to me. I can’t say enough about this AMAZING place. Thank you for a beautiful birthday weekend!!!!!!

Perfect place

This property was perfect for our family stay. The location was central to property's others were staying for the wedding we attended. Very clean and amenities were great. Worked out very well for us. I recommend it!!

Long weekend with friends.

The house was well appointed. Nice to have a good selection of kitchen, utensils plates, knives, forts, etc. quality of the linens and towels were good. The house was warm and inviting. We had four couples, and had plenty of room.

Family lodging for graduation

Property was very clean and well provisioned for our five adult family members staying in town for a high school graduation. It was a comfy place to visit and play games yet privacy was readily available when desired. Quiet neighborhood and lovely surroundings. Owners were responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

I came down to find a place to move into from Long Island and having this house to come back to every day was amazing. Awesome place to stay

This is the cleanest place we have ever rented. This home is awesome. The back porch is so relaxing over looking the lake. There is wild life ducks, geese, and even a beaver, we had a great time watching them all. Could not ask for a better place to stay and the beds were great too. The host was excellent and home was very well stocked. We had a most relaxing trip.

What a fabulous pristine property!

There were 6 in our Party. Ages 7-73 & everyone was thrilled with the layout,. The most wonderfully comfy beds, lovely linens, every amenity imaginable, and extras! Love the layout of the house, Great bathrooms & space. Lots of privacy and plenty of gathering areas. Love the huge kitchen. The views. I’ve rented from VRBO for over 37 years. This is at the top of my list. It was too cold to enjot the outside & water activities at the time but no one cared. There’s TV in every bedroom & a Wonderful big screen TV downstairs for watching games and ample room for a good size group. . Wow, We loved it! I give it six stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
