Never choose the cheapest

Needs lots of upkeep, cleaning needs to step up! Neighbors dog howling all day, walls very thin. Air coming in from sliding doors and front door. No heat in the bathroom. Ceiling fan about to fall from the ceiling! Dangerous!!

Beach time

It was a good place to stay but it could have had cleaned cook wear and the fridge and freezer were broken and that stank because we had brought food with us. But other than that it was a lovely stay!

Perfect for one-night getaway

The condo was perfect for two people to enjoy a mini staycation. We enjoyed a round of golf & dinner out. Loved the TV access! Everything was perfect! May stay again in the future.

Cozy Getaway

Cozy little spot on the island with close proximity to restaurants, the marina, and the beach. The condo was clean and had everything one needs for their stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A good place to rest your head

Overall I would say it was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the a/c worked really good the fridge and freezer worked really good, we did not utilize any of the other appliances but they all seemed to be clean and ready for use. The space was sufficient for two people for a few days. The bathroom could really use a bit of a deep clean and updating. The toilet is very low to the ground and the shower head was very dirty, we actually cleaned it before using the shower. I was really surprised to find there was no assigned parking for any of the condo units but thankfully in our four night stay there was never a time we didn't find a parking spot. I was also surprised at how much you could hear and feel people walking around in the other units, there were some instances when the bed would actually shake. Thankfully we had neighbors during our stay that were not loud otherwise. We enjoyed our stay.

A/C problem

We left on the 1st day of our stay because of A/C problems. Yes it was July in SC, but a small apartment of this size should be easily cooled to the temp you select. I woke up with wet hair on the first day. My husband left early on the first morning of our stay. I stayed hoping the A/C would cool. At 2pm the A/C started making the worst noise and shot liquid all over me and the book I was reading. Lol. It scared me so bad and it was so hot I jumped up and headed home as well. The Unit never cooled off unfortunately. The host was very helpful and addressed everything quickly he said it was water that spewed from the A/C due to icy buildup ( and he knew this because ) he had been watching the temperature we had it set on from an app on his phone. He said, we had turned it below 68 during the night which causes that, but nobody had warned us of this problem. VRBO refunded my entire rental fee quickly. The condo was cute otherwise.

Poor value. The coffee maker had moldy grounds in it when I wanted to use it, which after discovery I did not. Ceiling fan was dirty. The ceiling vents were also dirty.

The property owner was amazing. GREAT response times. Emailed a question and within seconds had my answer, TWICE! The condo was beautiful and very clean. I really feel like this condo owner actually cares about the guest staying here. Loved the gated community. I’d rank this at my top 3!

MOTORCYCLES WILL BE TOWED!!!

We arrived after a 3+ hour ride by motorcycle to the Wyndham Resorts Property. Upon check-in at the guard gate we were informed motorcycles were NOT allowed on the property. We had never heard of such a thing during our travel from Bar Harbor to Key West & all points in between. We were in contact with the condo owner who did his best to assist us. We spent about 4 hrs.hanging around trying to find a solution to no avail. After going back & reading the 'fine print', I did see "golf carts, boats & motorcycles were not allowed. Silly me, assumed they were recreational vehicles; a motorcycle was our 'mode of transport'. There were many big diesel trucks that were much louder than our bike on the property. We will definitely avoid the Wyndham chain for future travel.
