The Space:
Welcome to your private escape in the heart of Old Colorado City! This upstairs unit provides a cozy, convenient basecamp for your adventures. With a private entrance and smart lock, your comfort and privacy are guaranteed.

🛋️ Living Room:
Relax in our comfy living room after a busy day. We've got a fancy 4k Roku Smart TV for entertainment. Our modern design makes it a peaceful spot for you to unwind.

🍳 Kitchen:
Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Whether you're the chef in your group or you just barely know your way around a kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to make a full breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

🛁 Bathroom:
Clean up in our big, squeaky-clean bathroom. We've stocked it with soft towels and all the toiletries you might need, including some extras for the ladies.

For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

🌳 Backyard:
Chill out in our backyard, where we have a nice fire pit for cool evenings.

🔑 Check-In: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

🧴 Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

🏡 Private Entrance: This is the upstairs unit. We rent out the basement separately, but no worries—both units have their own private entrances with smart locks!

Great location, we could walk to Old Colorado City and it was very close to Garden of the Gods. Comfortable home and neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Cozy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. The location is ideal with easy access to highways, downtown, restaurants and shopping but is tucked in a quiet neighborhood.

Older home in C Springs

House is in older part of C Springs. Even though older home they have made it a great place to stay. Great kitchen appliances and well equipped kitchen. Very convenient for Cog Railway & Garden of Gods. We stayed here the end of July / August. It has been very hot and the AC window units just could not keep up. i think they should have mentioned window AC & not central Air. There was a unit in living room , but only in one of the two bedrooms. We had to leave bedroom doors open because it was sooooo warm. Living room ac unit was so loud when it came on, that you could not hear the TV. Found out that there were neighbors in the basement apartment. Made it difficult to turn TV to a volume we could hear, but not bother those below us in Apartment.. May consider staying again in cooler times! Defintiely not in mid summer! Should be an AC in both of the bedrooms!!

Nice spot in Old Town Colorado Springs

Nice place, exactly as displayed in the ad, and close to old town as well as things like the Garden of the Gods, the WW II Aviation Museum and Pike's Peak. We were happy with the place, and the setup and it worked well for our brief stay. Three things to note that aren't problems, but are things to be aware of: 1. There are three rental properties at this single address (Upstairs, downstairs, and a converted garage in the back), so there can be confusion if everyone is checking in on the same day etc. 2. There is no physical 'book'. The RenJoy app works well, but if you're trying to figure out things you only have your phone to work with it can be a little difficult 3. And it is an older home (in great shape), so there's no central air. The Window units work great, but they will be a little loud. So if you need quiet when sleeping it may be an issue for you. Again, none of those things are issues. The place works great, was clean and everything was as advertised. Just a heads up so you're aware while you're there.
