ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Playa de Mai-A. An exquisite home in the 30A Community of Blue Mountain. From the moment you step inside this beauty, you'll never want to leave. Your eyes will be drawn to the wall of glass doors that open to the outside pool, spa and entertainment space. Inside is equally amazing. The tall ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas gives new meaning to open concept. The kitchen is a chef's dream with an 8-burner gas stove, double ovens and two refrigerators. There is seating at the kitchen island for 6 plus a dining table that seats 8 and an additional bar top area for 3. Play de Mai-A is the perfect place for corporate retreats, reunions, multi-family gatherings and much more with room to sleep twenty (20). ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. The Blue Mountain community is known for having a quieter family atmosphere compared to some of the other communities but still provides ample restaurants, shops and activities.
BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights beach access is the closest to Playa de Mai-A (approximately 1800ft from the house). It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season. From the house, turn right on 30A and left at Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, then 1/4 mile to the gulf.

• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
