Capistrano # 201 ist ein wunderschönes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern am Golf von Mexiko in Seacrest / Inlet Beach, westlich von Rosemary Beach und Alys Beach. Das 1175 sq. Fuß Wohnung für 6 Personen mit 2 Königinnen und Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir befinden uns im 2. Stock eines ruhigen, 9-stöckigen Gebäudes im spanischen Stil mit professioneller Landschaftsgestaltung, zu der Palmen, Gärten, ein Brunnen, ein weitläufiger Hinterhof / Spielbereich mit einem "Sunset Deck" für die "30A-Tradition" der Getränke gehören Sonnenuntergang, gemeinsamer Holzkohlegrill, Parkplatz und Fahrradständer. Die 2. Etage ist ideal in diesem Gebäude - hoch genug für einen Blick auf das Meer und nur eine Treppe, wenn mit Gepäck oder Lebensmittel. We stayed here for Christmas 5 nights and had the best time. The condo is beautiful & well equipped. We had everything we needed and more. The owners are wonderful & responsive & we had great weather. What more can you ask for ? I highly recommend this property. We'll be back.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. The view is wonderful. Location is close to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but a little farther from Seaside. The condo itself was spacious and as advertised. Overall the property was a great place to stay. Kitchen was fully appointed, there were plenty of towels, the appliances were updated, and the patio was great. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

The only problems we had were an exhaust fan in the bathroom that did not work and it took the refrigerator 3 days to cool down to a safe level for perishable items.

Great stay on a beautiful beach

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

You MUST stay here!!!

This place deserves 10 stars!! It is in the absolute best location and has amazing beach-front views but is still tucked away so that you aren’t crowded on the beach. Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

A good vacation stay

It was clean and decently supplied. However there were a few minor things that should have been fixed before we arrived. The under-counter lights in the kitchen, especially over the stove, were burned out, leaving it in the dark. There was also a slow water leak in the hall bath drain. But, when we called for maintenance they got right over and fixed the lights, which was nice. Also our internet was down about 1/2 a day but maintenance checked back with us later in the day to make sure it was back on.

Beautiful gulf view right on 30A

This property was exactly what we wanted; instant access to the beach and a great location on 30A close to restaurants and shops. The patio is great for breakfast in the morning or relaxing after putting the kids to bed. The kitchen is modern and stocked with all of the cookware and utensils that we needed. We will definitely be back.

Back to School girl weekend

I stayed at Capistrano 201 for a long weekend with my sister and two young daughters for a back to school weekend. I chose this property for its direct beach access, easy parking, and proximity to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and as described in the listing. The only suggestion I would make for the owner would be a couple blankets. The beds only had sheets and none of the chairs or couch in the living room had one either. Late in the evenings when we have finally cooled off and are ready to settle in for a movie it would have been nice for the kiddos to be able to snuggle in and fall asleep. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again next year for our girl weekend trip.

A Little Piece of Heaven

This is by far our most favorite place we have stayed at along 30a. The view is spetacular! We love the palm trees. They really add to the view. The living room/dining room/kitchen is very spacious and beautiful. The owner has thought of everything you might need. We love the long balcony. We definitely want to stay here again.

We bought this condo on our first visit--lovely Spanish-style building, great landscaping, beautiful designer kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous beach views! It's a lovely area with lots to do. Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach offer charming independent shops and restaurants and often have events such as Wine tasting, Arts and Crafts festivals, Farmers' Markets, Flea markets etc.

This unit has the ideal location--between Seaside and Rosemary Beach--on the 30A walking/running/bike path. The second floor is also ideal with The gulf view and only one flight of stairs. When you want a break from the designer kitchen and dolphin watching on the balcony, there are numerous bike rentals, quaint shops, bars and restaurants close by. Beach chair and umbrella rental companies on 30A with daily set up services are plentiful.
